Influência de diferentes dosagens de tratamentos fitossanitários sobre a germinação de semente de milho

Resumo: The use of chemical treatment in corn seeds can be a strategy to reduce problems in seedling development and to allow pest control where appropriate establishment of the stand occurs under different environmental conditions, especially in conditions of high level of pest attack. This work was conducted with the objective of observing and evaluating the influence of phytosanitary treatment of corn seeds on germination performance when exposed to different dosages and treatments (Witness Inside - dosage of 70 mL ha-1; Treatment of Cropstar 500 mL ha-1, Treatment 4 - Imidacloprid Nortox 120 mL ha-1, treatment 5 - Imidacloprid 250 mL ha-1). Seeds of the hybrid Agroceres 9050PRO3, represented by 50 seeds per treatment were used, being six treatments, with three different active principles, each with two different dosages and two replicates. The percentage of germination (seed germinated when root and shoot) of the seeds in the fourth and seventh days was evaluated. The analysis of variance was performed and the Scott-Knott's test was applied at 5% probability. The treatments with Imidacloprid (T4 and T5) were present in the germination patterns, while the treatments with Inside and Cropstar (T1, T2, T3) were below the germination patterns in the evaluation on the 4th day. In the 7-day evaluations the treatments did not differ significantly from each other, but all treatments were within the minimum germination standards.

Este trabalho foi conduzido com o objetivo de observar e avaliar a influência do tratamento fitossanitário de sementes de milho sobre o desempenho germinativo, quando expostas a diferentes dosagens e tratamentos (Testemunha Inside - dosagem de 70 mL ha-1 ; Tratamento 1 Inside - dosagem de 120 mL ha-1 ; Tratamento 2 Cropstar - dosagem 250 mL ha-1 ; Tratamento 3 - Cropstar 500 mL ha-1 ; Tratamento 4 - Imidacloprid Nortox 120 mL ha-1 ; tratamento 5 - Imidacloprid 250 mL ha-1 ). Utilizaram-se sementes do hibrido Agroceres 9050PRO3, representados por 50 sementes por tratamento, sendo seis tratamentos, com três princípios ativos diferentes, cada um com duas dosagens diferentes e duas repetições. Avaliaram-se a porcentagem de germinação (semente germinada quando possuía parte radicular e parte aérea formada) das sementes no quarto e no sétimo dias. Foi realizada a analise de variância e aplicado o Teste de Scott-Knott a 5% de probabilidade. Os tratamentos com Imidacloprid (T4 e T5) se apresentaram nos padrões de germinação, já os tratamentos com Inside e Cropstar (T1,T2,T3) se encontraram abaixo dos padrões de germinação na avaliação no 4º dia.
