Assistência recebida durante a vacinação da COVID-19 em um município do noroeste do Paraná.

The present study aimed to analyze the assistance received by the user, during the vaccination of COVID-19, in the city of Maringá-PR. This is a descriptive, cross-sectional, quantitative study with a non-probabilistic convenience sample. The population corresponded to people over 18 years old, who received the vaccine against COVID-19 in Maringá. Data collection was carried out in a virtual way, through Google Forms, the form being composed of a questionnaire structured by the researchers. The analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics. The final research sample consisted of 217 participants, predominantly female (74.2%), aged between 18 and 28 years (64.5%), most of whom were vaccinated with three doses or more (51.6%), receiving information about the date and place of vaccination mainly from social networks (67.3%). Changes in opinions (31.8%) were identified, these being positive (24%), about the need to keep vaccines up to date. There was a gap in care, which is the lack of guidance on possible adverse reactions of this vaccine (41.9%), however, most respondents felt satisfied with the vaccination assistance received (48.4%) and considered it highly reliable services provided in the vaccination room (43.8%). It is concluded that the majority of the participants affirmed satisfaction with the assistance, however, gaps were identified in it, mainly in the point of the guidelines. Therefore, it is evident the need for professionals themselves to receive training that makes them aware of the importance of better guidelines, especially aiming at a language that is compatible with each community and culture, and thus respecting them.
