This article brings an approach about the awareness of parents and responsibles in the narrowing of emotional ties with your children, just like the Civil Responsibility that they could suffer in cases of non affective or lovingness. This work has the main idea of analyze and mark the Civil Responsibility of the genitors in relation with the affective abandonment of children, marking all the ways of Responsibility just like all the damage which could be done for the children. In the aspect of methodology, this research used the qualitative approach and is characterized by a a bibliographic review. The partial results shows that the affective abadonment could be done by a missing conduct, in other words, leave of doing or the children affect, violating one of the main principles of the Federal Constitution. In other words, it is emphasized the need of talk about the civil responsibility of the parents in order of the affective abandoment of children, on basis of guiding principles of the thematic, searching a parents awareness, your rights in your kids and adolescents growing, in search of a protection of the Fundamental Rights of Minors.
