O acesso digital à justiça: a prestação jurisdicional pós pandemia

The present article aims to analyze the technological advances in the judicial provisionduring the pandemic, its positive and negative points, as well as the viability and the need to maintain such advances, even if the social distancing experienced is overcome. Through bibliographic and documental research, besides the analysis of data, made available by the National Council of Justice (CNJ) and brief field research, it is observed that such technological advances and adaptations, besides making sure that the provision of jurisdiction is maintained in this delicate moment of health crisis, has also directly contributed to a methodological and procedure revolution in the provision of such a service, essential to all citizens and that with such advances it becomes accessible to a larger number of people, with more agility and simplicity, also contributing to the realization of Personality Rights.
