This work presents a study on models and calculation criteria for defining indemnity values in cases where there is an institution of easements due to power transmission lines, with the aim of comparing these methods. The study is based on data from existing methodologies, with details and data from a rural property where transmission towers already exist. The initial part includes a brief description of the area and property being appraised. Then, data from the sample properties, obtained by the direct market comparative method, and factor treatment are presented in order to select the most variable data to try to cover all the differences of the proposed methods. Subsequently, through a brief bibliographical review, some methods for determining indemnities are highlighted. With the data collected, calculations are performed based on the methods described in the initial section. In the general analysis of the work, the results found are compared. In the final considerations, the most appropriate method is highlighted, pointing out the reasons that lead it to be more coherent and suitable for the market reality.
