The pension reform carried out in 2019 by Constitutional Amendment 103 caused great impacts, however, in relation to public servants, there were profound changes. The retirement and pension rules are provided for in the Federal Constitution, so that any modification depends on a constitutional amendment. This is what happened in 2019, when Constitutional Amendment 103 was approved. The changes affected both the General Social Security System and the Specific Social Security System. The objective of this study is to analyze the impacts of Constitutional Amendment 103/2019, called Social Security Reform in Social Security Systems, which are responsible for the social security benefits of public servants. Thus, it will be necessary to understand the changes caused in this social security system, reporting the impacts that occurred, so that, in the end, the question about the consequences of the Social Security Reform in the Specific Social Security Systems can be resolved. To approach the proposed objective, the deductive method and bibliographic research will be used, with a review of the main literature on the proposed topic, based on books, articles, dissertations and theses
