The present work aims to control and understand, how the immunization schedule of children between 0 to 9 years of a certain region of the state of the city of Paraná is presented, and if the parents and / or guardians are meeting the deadlines for gifts on that calendar. In view of the data obtained, it is sought to develop a form of nursing guidance on the importance of vaccines for this population group. This time it finds justification for each smaller demand for research according to the demand precisely in a pandemic scenario (Covid-19). According to DATASUS, the immunization rate has been below the ideal, which would be 90%, reaching 50.4% in 2016 and 60.7% in 2021. The methodology used will be an investigative field research through the application of a country of its own, to be applied to our guardians with objective questions for data collection and which of them occur as vaccines for this audience, and why this occurs with lower adherence, and why this occurs. The aim of this work is to investigate how is the knowledge about the importance of the actions developed in order to bring knowledge to the community so that this vaccine is taken to seek a vaccine for the immunization of actions.
