Raciocínio clínico na enfermagem: revisão literária sobre a metodologia de ensino na graduação

Resumo: | The use of theoretical lines of nursing created according to the needs of the time, such as Florence's Environmentalist theory and Wanda Horta's theory of Basic Human Needs, are guiding principles for the professional. Knowing this, it is extremely important that the student develops a line of clinical reasoning in order to be able to connect the theories with practice. This study analyzed the scientific literature regarding the teaching of clinical reasoning in undergraduate courses, aiming to provide reflection on the education of students, as well as to formulate an updated material that can also be used as a stepping stone to 5 achieve changes and readjustments in the curriculum, or even the implementation of the didactics of masters, doctors, and post-doctors in the classroom. Through the Google Academic platform, using the databases VHL, PubMed and Scielo, within 12 years of research, i.e., between 2010 and 2022, 25 articles were chosen that met the objective of the theme. Excluding, therefore, articles that did not meet the specific discussion, in an intrinsic way, that is, that took another main strand of thought other than that of teaching methodologies of clinical reasoning. Also, articles with very similar conclusions and data were disregarded. As a result, papers were found on methods linked to practice within the classroom, such as simulations, clinical cases, tests of learning adherence, comparisons of results between teaching methods. Moreover, they approached the importance of looking carefully at the problem of low application of factors that instigate reasoning in the students, since the nurse's role in the Nursing Process is relevant, since it is supported by the legislation. |

Sabendo disso, é de extrema importância que o acadêmico desenvolva em si uma linha de raciocínio clínico de modo que consiga interligar as teorias com a prática. Este estudo analisou a literatura científica no que diz respeito do ensino do raciocínio clínico dentro da graduação, tendo como objetivo proporcionar a reflexão da educação de acadêmicos, além de formular um material atualizado para que seja utilizado, também, como um degrau para se alcançar mudanças e readequações da grade curricular ou mesmo a execução da didática de mestres, doutores e pós-doutores em sala de aula. Por meio da plataforma Google Acadêmico, utilizando-se das bases de dados BVS, PubMed e Scielo, dentro de 12 anos de pesquisas, isto é, entre 2010 e 2022, foram escolhidos 25 artigos que atenderam o objetivo do tema. Excluindo, portanto, artigos que não atenderam a discussão específica, de forma intrínseca, isto é, que tomaram outra vertente de pensamento principal que não a de metodologias de ensino do raciocínio clínico. Também, artigos com conclusões e dados muito parecidos foram desconsiderados. Como resultado, encontrou-se trabalhos sobre métodos ligados à prática dentro de sala de aula, como simulações, casos clínicos, testes de adesão do aprendizado, comparações de resultados entre métodos de ensino.
