Resumo: Japan is a country full of contrasts. At the same time that possess one of the highest disbursement of the world, also is the only one against war. Your biggest geopolitics issue is domestic and it does not make it easier to find a solution. Plenty divergent opinions follows the Article 9 since its creation and now the actual Prime Minister added an ultimatum to end these discussions until the end of his mandate.
