The perspective of teachers from the municipal network of Marília on the SAREM and other dimensions of social quality

Resumo: The School Performance Evaluation System of Marília was created in 2004. The study's objective is to identify what elementary school teachers in this municipality think about SAREM and to verify if there is another evaluation proposal and the possible uses of its results. The research developed with a qualitative approach, and the methodology used bibliographical and documentary research and the google docs form. As a result, although the majority consider the results of SAREM as an indicator of quality, 29.6% of teachers consider that it cannot be the only indicator of all the work carried out and that other quality activities develop that are not considered. It was verified as a complementary form of evaluation to institutional evaluation. Regarding the uses of the results of this assessment, most claim that the results are used for pedagogical planning and continuing education

En cuanto a los usos de los resultados de esta evaluación, la mayoría afirma que los resultados se utilizan para la planificación pedagógica y la educación continua.O Sistema de Avaliação do Rendimento Escolar de Marília foi criado em 2004. O objetivo do estudo é identificar o que os professores do Ensino Fundamental deste município pensam sobre o SAREM, verificar se existe outra proposta de avaliação e os possíveis usos dos seus resultados. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida em uma abordagem qualitativa e a metodologia utilizou as pesquisas bibliográfica, documental e o formulário Google docs. Como resultados apresentamos que embora os resultados do SAREM sejam considerados pela maioria como um indicador de qualidade, 29,6% dos professores consideram que não pode ser o único indicador de todo o trabalho realizado e são desenvolvidas outras atividades de qualidade que não são consideradas. Foi verificado como forma de avaliação complementar a avaliação institucional.
