Resumo: Strains of Trichoderma are well diffused in the processes of control pathogens in addition, to promote the development and for crops to grow where are inoculated, this benefit is due to the range of processes performed by this organism, processes are classified into parasitism, antibiosis and competition, and secrete enzyme products with degrading actions, volatile the compounds antimicrobial and. Through tests of enzyme production, confrontation plate, volatile metabolites and awareness of the agent, if the Trichoderma harzianum proved to be a potent producer of antimicrobial and antifungal substances for Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, E. coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, E. faecalis and Rhodotorula sp., Candida albicans, Candida lusitaniae and Candida parapsilosis. Keywords: antimicrobial; antifungal; metabolites; sensitization.

Universidade Federal do AmapáGellen, Luís Fernando AlbarelloSilva, Diego Pereira daSouza, Silvania RosaJunior, Aloísio Chagas FreitasScheidt, Gessiel NewtonNascimento, Ildon Rodrigues do2014-12-27info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionArtigo Avaliado pelos Paresapplication/pdfhttps://periodicos.unifap.br/index.php/biota/article/view/119710.18561/2179-5746/biotaamazonia.v4n4p91-96Biota Amazônia (Biote Amazonie, Biota Amazonia, Amazonian Biota); v. 4, n. 4 (2014); 91-962179-5746reponame:Biota Amazôniainstname:Universidade Federal do Amapá (UNIFAP)instacron:UNIFAPporhttps://periodicos.unifap.br/index.php/biota/article/view/1197/v4n4p91-96.pdfDireitos autorais 2014 Biota Amazônia (Biote Amazonie, Biota Amazonia, Amazonian Biota)http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess2016-03-29T17:56:09Zoai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/1197Revistahttp://periodicos.unifap.br/index.php/biotaONGhttps://periodicos.unifap.br/index.php/biota/oai||juliosa@unifap.br2179-57462179-5746opendoar:2016-03-29T17:56:09Biota Amazônia - Universidade Federal do Amapá (UNIFAP)false
