Resumo: | The development and the use of technologies directed to maintenance provide more quality in the execution of services and the reduction of tasks time, resulting in more safety to those involved. Based on this context, the present article aims to present the development of a prototype of a maintenance support system. Through it, it was possible to access documents, information, and procedures remotely to help the teams in the execution of field activities and in the resolution of equipment failures. The data access was structured by means of a smartphone, with the use of QR codes applied to the equipment. The prototype development model was based on four methodological principles: communication, planning, modeling, and construction. As a result, it was possible to observe that the system was functional and capable of helping the maintenance teams in the execution of their daily activities, providing the users with access to important and necessary information for solving failures and maintaining the quality in the execution of the services. |

Partiendo de este contexto, el presente artículo pretende presentar el desarrollo de un prototipo de sistema de apoyo al mantenimiento. A través de ella, era posible acceder a documentos, información y procedimientos a distancia para ayudar a los equipos en la ejecución de las actividades sobre el terreno y en la resolución de averías de los equipos. El acceso a los datos se estructuró a través de un smartphone, con el uso de códigos QR aplicados a los equipos. El modelo de desarrollo de prototipos se basó en 4 principios metodológicos: comunicación, planificación, modelización y construcción. Como resultado se pudo observar que el sistema era funcional y capaz de ayudar a los equipos de mantenimiento en las ejecuciones de las actividades diarias, proporcionando a los usuarios el acceso a información importante y necesaria para la resolución de fallos y el mantenimiento de la calidad en la ejecución de los servicios.O desenvolvimento e a utilização de tecnologias direcionadas à manutenção proporcionam maior qualidade na execução de serviços e diminuição do tempo das tarefas, resultando em maior segurança aos envolvidos. Baseados neste contexto, o presente artigo tem como objetivo apresentar o desenvolvimento de um protótipo de um sistema de apoio à manutenção. Por meio dele foi possível acessar documentos, informações e procedimentos de forma remota para auxiliar as equipes na execução de atividades de campo e resolução de falhas em equipamentos. O acesso aos dados foi estruturado por meio de smartphone, com o uso de códigos QR code aplicados aos equipamentos. O modelo de desenvolvimento do protótipo teve como base metodológica 4 princípios sendo: comunicação, planejamento, modelamento e construção.
