Training in education for the aging of basic education teachers: a scoping review protocol

Resumo: | Objective: map evidence of training in education for aging aimed at basic education teachers. Method: a scoping review will be conducted using nine databases: Education Resources Information Center (ERIC), AgeLine (EBSCO), PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, Scielo, Open Gray, Open Access Theses and Dissertations and Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Theses and Dissertations (BDTD), in Portuguese, English and Spanish, with no period restriction. The keywords of the search strategy will be aligned with the acronym PCC (Population, Concept and Context) corresponding, respectively, to: teachers of basic education, education for aging and training. The evidence selection and data extraction processes will be conducted by two independent researchers. The research inclusion criteria will be guided by the PCC, including published and unpublished evidence (gray literature), with different methodological approaches, research designs and types of publication, among them: scientific articles, theses, dissertations, book chapters, documents government policies, public policies, congress proceedings and research reports. The research results will be presented in a descriptive synthesis and demonstrated by tables and diagrams for a better understanding of the data. |

Método: se realizará una revisión de alcance utilizando nueve bases de datos: Education Resources Information Center (ERIC), AgeLine (EBSCO), PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, Scielo, Open Gray, Open Access Theses and Dissertations y Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Theses and Disertaciones (BDTD), en portugués, inglés y español, sin restricción de período. Las palabras claves de la estrategia de búsqueda estarán alineadas con las siglas PCC (Población, Concepto y Contexto) correspondientes, respectivamente, a: docentes de educación básica, educación para el envejecimiento y capacitación. Los procesos de selección de evidencia y extracción de datos serán realizados por dos investigadores independientes. Los criterios de inclusión de investigaciones serán orientados por el PCC, incluyendo evidencia publicada e inédita (literatura gris), con diferentes enfoques metodológicos, diseños de investigación y tipos de publicación, entre ellos: artículos científicos, tesis, disertaciones, capítulos de libros, documentos de políticas gubernamentales, políticas públicas, actas de congresos e informes de investigación. Los resultados de la investigación serán presentados en una síntesis descriptiva y demostrados por tablas y diagramas para una mejor comprensión de los datos.Objetivo: mapear evidências de treinamento em educação para o envelhecimento destinado aos professores da educação básica. Método: uma revisão de escopo será conduzida utilizando nove bases de dados: Education Resources Information Center (ERIC), AgeLine (EBSCO), PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, Scielo, Open Gray, Open Access Theses and Dissertations e Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações (BDTD), nos idiomas português, inglês e espanhol, sem restrição de período. As palavras-chave da estratégia de busca serão alinhadas ao acrônimo PCC (População, Conceito e Contexto) correspondendo, respectivamente, a: professores da educação básica, educação para o envelhecimento e treinamento. Os processos de seleção das evidências e extração dos dados serão conduzidos por duas pesquisadoras independentes. Os critérios de inclusão da pesquisa serão guiados pelo PCC, incluindo evidências publicadas e não publicadas (literatura cinza), com diferentes abordagens metodológicas, desenhos de pesquisa e tipos de publicação, entre eles: artigos científicos, teses, dissertações, capítulos de livro, documentos governamentais, políticas públicas, anais de congresso e relatórios de pesquisa.
