Resumo: | The objective of this article is to describe the experience of nursing students in the operationalization of an immunization campaign proposed by the Health Department of a municipality in the interior of the northern region of the state of Ceará, together with Primary Health Care (PHC). Descriptive study with a qualitative approach of the experience report type that took place during the period from September to November 2020 in an immunization campaign focused on monitoring and replacing the vaccination status of children in the municipality. The experience took place with the participation of 58 nursing students working within 26 Family Health Centers (CSF) through monitoring, interviewing and vaccination of the target audience, children aged between 2 months and 4 years and 11 months. and 29 days that were registered at the CSF where the work was carried out and were part of the mapped territory. With the experience of the academics, it was clear that the COVID-19 pandemic affected the vaccination situation of children in the municipality through social isolation, but other aspects that interfere in the updating of vaccines are also worth mentioning, such as digital inclusion. of health professionals, use of immunization data feed systems, fake news about vaccines, among others. |

Estudio descriptivo con enfoque cualitativo del tipo relato de experiencia que se desarrolló durante el período de septiembre a noviembre de 2020 en una campaña de inmunización enfocada al seguimiento y reposición del estado vacunal de los niños del municipio. La experiencia contó con la participación de 58 estudiantes de enfermería que trabajan en 26 Centros de Salud de la Familia (CSF) a través del seguimiento, entrevista y vacunación del público objetivo, niños con edades entre 2 meses y 4 años y 11 meses. y 29 días que fueron registrados en el CSF donde se realizó el trabajo y formaron parte del territorio mapeado. Con la experiencia de los académicos quedó claro que la pandemia de la COVID-19 afectó la situación de vacunación de los niños del municipio a través del aislamiento social, pero también vale la pena mencionar otros aspectos que interfieren en la actualización de vacunas, como la inclusión digital. de profesionales de la salud, uso de sistemas de alimentación de datos de inmunización, noticias falsas sobre vacunas, entre otros.O objetivo do presente artigo é descrever a experiência de acadêmicos de enfermagem na operacionalização de uma campanha de imunização proposta pela Secretaria de Saúde de um município do interior da região norte do estado do Ceará, em conjunto com a Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS). Estudo descritivo de abordagem qualitativa do tipo relato de experiência que ocorreu durante o período de setembro a novembro de 2020 em uma campanha de imunização focada no monitoramento e reposição da situação vacinal de crianças do município. A vivência se deu com a participação de 58 acadêmicos de enfermagem em atuação dentro de 26 Centros de Saúde da Família (CSF) através da monitorização, entrevista e vacinação do público-alvo, crianças na faixa etária entre 2 meses e 4 anos e 11 meses e 29 dias que eram cadastradas na CSF onde o trabalho foi realizado e faziam parte do território mapeado.
