Resumo: Soil engineers play a predominant role in the formation and maintenance of soil structure, their activities affect the physical, chemical and biological processes of the soil ecosystem. The aim of this study was to perform a survey of the edaphic macrofauna community in a sugarcane cultivation on organic system. Soil samplings were made in the summer and winter in years of 2014 and 2015, using monolith separating soil in three layers. Soil samples were manually screened and the organisms identified. The values of population abundance being submitted to Fisher LSD (p < 0.05) and ACP (Principal Component Analysis) were performed also. 5,760 ind m-² were found, concentrated in the upper layer of the soil (0-10 cm) and in the summer season. Predominated Formicidae, Chilopoda, Isopoda, Oligochaeta groups and, in this last one, peregrine species Pontoscolex corethrurus, suggesting long-term anthropic disturbances in the managed sites.

Predominaram os grupos Formicidae, Chilopoda, Isopoda e Oligochaeta e, neste último, a espécie peregrina Pontoscolex corethrurus, cuja ocorrência sugere perturbações antrópicas.Research, Society and Development2020-09-26info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/article/view/846710.33448/rsd-v9i10.8467Research, Society and Development; Vol. 9 No. 10; e2649108467Research, Society and Development; Vol. 9 Núm. 10; e2649108467Research, Society and Development; v. 9 n. 10; e26491084672525-3409reponame:Research, Society and Developmentinstname:Universidade Federal de Itajubá (UNIFEI)instacron:UNIFEIporhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/article/view/8467/7590Copyright (c) 2020 Rafael Alvim Gonzaga de Oliveira; Jael Simões Santos Rando; Marie Luise Carolina Bartz; Viviane Sandra Alveshttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessOliveira, Rafael Alvim Gonzaga de Rando, Jael Simões Santos Bartz, Marie Luise Carolina Alves, Viviane Sandra 2020-10-31T12:03:23Zoai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/8467Revistahttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/indexPUBhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/oairsd.articles@gmail.com2525-34092525-3409opendoar:2024-01-17T09:30:56.104448Research, Society and Development - Universidade Federal de Itajubá (UNIFEI)false
