A study from the perspective of cognitive psychology about the movie “Fun Mind”

Resumo: | This paper refers to an analysis of the movie Inside Out (2015) from the point of view of Psychology, in order to highlight the contents studied in the discipline of Basic Processes. It aims to examine the film, highlight its main processes, in order to understand the case and apply it to practice, presenting it in a clinical forum, from the perspective of Cognitivist Psychology. The five methodological steps of the Maguerez Arch were used for the analysis of the film. A bibliographic research was also made, and the t data collection was performed in the electronic databases Electronic Scientific Online Library (Scielo), also bibliographic material found in the university library and the theoretical contents and practical classes treated in class. The results of this research indicate that in all the circumstances experienced, one enjoys various emotions, thus, the film illustrates the main character entering a depressive picture due to the absence of emotions and disharmonious internal processes.Thus, it is concluded that cognitive behavioral therapy would be the best form of treatment, and, in order to have quality of life, all emotions must be balanced. |

Su objetivo es examinar la película, resaltar sus principales procesos, para comprender el caso y aplicarlo a la práctica, presentándolo en un foro clínico, desde la perspectiva de la psicología cognitiva. Los cinco pasos metodológicos del Arco de Maguerez fueron utilizados para el análisis de la película. También se realizó una investigación bibliográfica, y la recolección de datos t se realizó en las bases de datos electrónicas Electronic Scientific Online Library (Scielo), también material bibliográfico encontrado en la biblioteca de la universidad y los contenidos teóricos y clases prácticas tratadas en clase. Los resultados de esta investigación indican que en todas las circunstancias experimentadas, uno disfruta de varias emociones, por lo tanto, la película ilustra al personaje principal entrando en una imagen depresiva debido a la ausencia de emociones y procesos internos desarmonizados. Por lo tanto, se concluye que la terapia cognitivo-conductual sería la mejor forma de tratamiento y, para tener calidad de vida, todas las emociones deben estar equilibradas.Este trabalho refere-se a uma análise do filme Divertida Mente (2015) diante do ponto de vista da Psicologia, com o intuito de destacar os conteúdos estudados na disciplina de Processos Básicos. Tem como objetivo examinar o filme, destacar seus principais processos, para assim compreender o caso e aplicar à prática, apresentando-o em um fórum clínico, sob a perspectiva da Psicologia Cognitivista. Utilizaram-se as cinco etapas metodológicas do Arco de Marguerez para a análise do filme. Também foi feita uma pesquisa bibliográfica, sendo que a coleta de dados t foi realizada nas bases de dado eletrônica Biblioteca Eletrônica Científica Online (Scielo), também material bibliográfico encontrado na biblioteca da universidade e os conteúdos teóricos e aulas práticas tratados em aula. Os resultados dessa pesquisa indicam que em todas as circunstâncias experienciadas, usufrui-se de diversas emoções, dessa forma, o filme ilustra a personagem principal entrando em um quadro depressivo decorrente da ausência de emoções e dos processos internos desarmônicos.
