Resumo: The objective of the study was to develop a software that helps in the detection of Burnout Syndrome in health professionals who work in childbirth care at the Maternity Dona Evangelina Rosa (MDER) and provides details of the profile of these professionals, allowing, consequently, to generate projects of intervention and decrease its prevalence. A methodological study was carried out with a quantitative approach in order to develop software to assist in the diagnosis of Burnout Syndrome in the period of June and July 2021. Data were collected by the software and exported, being examined in the SPSS version 20.0 program. The software presents information from 6 dimensions developed from knowledge about childbirth care through legislation of the unified health system, related to pregnant women and professionals who provide childbirth care, as well as literature on Burnout Syndrome and its repercussions. on the relationship between pregnant women and health professionals. The content validation of all dimensions had a Content Validity Index above 80%, demonstrating the experts' agreement in relation to the software's information. The study made it possible to develop mobile software with secure information that serves as a strategy in the diagnosis of Burnout Syndrome in health professionals who provide childbirth care, serving the manager as a tool in the prevention of negative outcomes for mother and fetus.

Se realizó un estudio metodológico con enfoque cuantitativo con el fin de desarrollar un software que ayude en el diagnóstico del Síndrome de Burnout en el período de junio y julio de 2021. Los datos fueron recolectados por el software y exportados, siendo examinados en el programa SPSS versión 20.0. El software presenta información de 6 dimensiones desarrolladas a partir del conocimiento sobre la atención del parto a través de la legislación del sistema único de salud, relacionada con las gestantes y los profesionales que brindan la atención del parto, así como literatura sobre el Síndrome de Burnout y sus repercusiones en la relación entre gestantes y profesionales de la salud. La validación de contenido de todas las dimensiones tuvo un Índice de Validez de Contenido superior al 80%, demostrando la concordancia de los expertos en relación a la información del software. El estudio posibilitó desarrollar un software móvil con información segura que sirva como estrategia en el diagnóstico del Síndrome de Burnout en profesionales de la salud que brindan atención al parto, sirviendo al gestor como herramienta en la prevención de desenlaces negativos para la madre y el feto.O objetivo do estudo foi desenvolver um software que auxilie na detecção de Síndrome de Burnout em profissionais de saúde que atuam na assistência ao parto na Maternidade Dona Evangelina Rosa (MDER) e, forneça detalhes do perfil destes profissionais, possibilitando, consequentemente, gerar projetos de intervenção e diminuição de sua prevalência. Foi realizado um estudo metodológico com uma abordagem quantitativa com a finalidade de desenvolver um software para auxiliar no diagnóstico de Síndrome de Burnout no período de junho e julho de 2021. Os dados foram coletados pelo software e exportados, sendo examinados no programa SPSS versão 20.0. O software apresenta informações de 6 dimensões desenvolvidas, a partir dos conhecimentos sobre a assistência ao parto por meio de legislações do sistema único de saúde, relacionadas à gestante e aos profissionais que prestam assistência ao parto, bem como literatura sobre Síndrome de Burnout e suas repercussões sobre a relação gestante-profissionais de saúde. A validação de conteúdo de todas as dimensões teve Índice de Validade de Conteúdo acima de 80%, demonstrando concordância dos especialistas em relação às informações do software.
