Resumo: This article has the proposal to analyze the reform of secondary education and its developments in the formation of the working class in the context of the crisis of the capital of the 21st century. The article has a qualitative and bibliographical approach based on the classic works of Marxism such as Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels that discuss the theme of the situation and formation of the working class in capitalism. Due to the increasing precariousness of work, analyzes that seek to problematize the causes and consequences of such transformations in the world of work are essential to promote constructive debates for society. We discuss here also to evaluate the economic and political objectives of the Reform of High School, Theorize the Reformation of high school with as a parameter the Marxist theory, more specifically the theory of class struggle and analyze Law 13,415 of February 16, 2017 and its split in Law No. 9,394 / 96 LDB.

El artículo tiene un enfoque cualitativo y bibliográfico basado en las obras clásicas del marxismo, como Karl Marx y Friedrich Engels, que analizan el tema de la situación y la formación de la clase trabajadora en el capitalismo. Debido a la creciente precariedad del trabajo, los análisis que buscan problematizar las causas y consecuencias de tales transformaciones en el mundo del trabajo son esenciales para promover debates constructivos para la sociedad. Aquí discutimos también para evaluar los objetivos económicos y políticos de la Reforma de la escuela secundaria, Teorizar la reforma de la escuela secundaria con como parámetro la teoría marxista, más específicamente la teoría de la lucha de clases y analizar la Ley 13.415 del 16 de febrero de 2017 y Su escisión en la Ley N ° 9.394 / 96 LDB.Esse artigo tem a proposta de analisar a reforma do ensino médio e seus desdobramentos na formação da classe trabalhadora no contexto da crise do capital do século XXI. O artigo tem uma abordagem qualitativa e bibliográfica tendo como base as obras clássicas do marxismo como Karl Marx e Friedrich Engels que discutem a temática da situação e formação da classe trabalhadora no capitalismo. Devido à precarização cada vez maior do trabalho, análises que busquem problematizar as causas e consequências de tais transformações no mundo do trabalho são essenciais para promover debates construtivos para a sociedade.
