National Education Plan and the issue of innovation in pedagogical practices

Resumo: This article aims to discuss the importance of Brazilian public policies in the current context of the Basic School, as well as the relevance of the current National Education Plan, questioning the innovation of pedagogical practices in the Basic School. We sought to understand what the 2014/2024 National Education Plan can bring to Basic Education on Innovation. The approach used in this article was a qualitative approach, with a bibliographic character, the materials used were found in the SciELO portal (Scientific Electronic Library Online), CAPES Periodicals Portal (Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel) and the PNE law found on the Senate (Federal Government) portal. As a result of the discussion, the importance of pedagogical innovation for Basic Education is remarkable, forming citizens who can understand the world, according to the reality in which they live. It was concluded that the current PNE brings little contribution to improving quality, in the goals the word innovation appears few times, without unfolding how it should be in the pedagogical practice of Brazilian schools. It is understood that the PNE should discuss and induce the possibility of pedagogical innovation aiming at advances in the educational area.

Buscamos comprender lo que el Plan Nacional de Educación 2014/2024 puede aportar a la Educación Básica en Innovación. El enfoque utilizado en este artículo fue un enfoque cualitativo, con carácter bibliográfico, los materiales utilizados fueron encontrados en el portal SciELO (Biblioteca Científica Electrónica en Línea), Portal de Publicaciones Periódicas CAPES (Coordinación para el Perfeccionamiento del Personal de Educación Superior) y la ley del PNE encontrada en el portal del Senado (Gobierno Federal). Como resultado de la discusión, se destaca la importancia de la innovación pedagógica para la Educación Básica, formando ciudadanos que puedan comprender el mundo, de acuerdo con la realidad en la que viven. Se concluyó que el PNE actual trae poca contribución para mejorar la calidad, en las metas la palabra innovación aparece pocas veces, sin desplegar cómo debe ser en la práctica pedagógica de las escuelas brasileñas. Se entiende que el PNE debe discutir e inducir la posibilidad de innovación pedagógica visando avances en el área educativa.Este artigo tem o objetivo de discutir a importância das politicas públicas brasileiras no contexto atual da Escola Básica, bem como a relevância do Plano Nacional de Educação vigente probelmatizando a inovação das práticas pedagógicas na Escola Básica. Buscou-se entender o que o Plano Nacional de Educação de 2014/2024 pode trazer de importante para a Educação Básica sobre a Inovação. A abordagem utilizada nesse artigo, foi a abordagem qualitativa, com caráter bibliográfico, os materiais utilizados foram encontrados no portal SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online), Portal de Periódicos da CAPES (Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior) e a lei do PNE encontrada no portal do Senado (Governo Federal). Como resultado da discussão, é notável a importância da Inovação pedagógica para a Educação Básica, formando cidadãos que podem compreender o mundo, de acordo com a realidade em que os mesmos vivenciam. Concluiu-se que PNE vigente traz pouca contribuição para melhorar a qualidade, nas metas a palavra inovação aparece poucas vezes, sem desdobramentos de como deveria ser na prática pedagógica das escolas brasileiras.
