Teaching-learning method in nursing residence: Important factors for professional training

Resumo: | The teaching-learning method in Nursing Residency, used in in-service specialization, is of fundamental importance in the process of training nurses, and their technical-scientific and ethical development. The general objective of the study is to discuss the teaching-learning methods of the specialization courses in the form of in-service training along the lines of Nursing Residencies, based on scientific publications, and their aspects of importance for professional training. This is an Integrative Literature Review study carried out in the LILACS and SciELO electronic library databases, which directly and indirectly address the teaching-learning process in Nursing Residencies. The Descriptors of Health Sciences (DeCS), nursing education, nursing and internship and residency were used for the electronic search of the articles, connected by the Boolean operator AND. 90 texts were found, of these 9 were selected and analyzed. As a result, the usual teaching-learning methods in nursing residency and their important factors for professional training are discussed. The experience of the preceptor and the resident nurse on the teaching-learning process stands out. A reflection on the academic theory and practice of the professional is proposed, based on the training and qualification obtained and developed in the teaching-learning process, contributing so that newly graduated nurses have access to information about the nursing residency, its teaching model- learning and its importance for professional training. |

El objetivo general del estudio es discutir los métodos de enseñanza-aprendizaje de los cursos de especialización en forma de formación en servicio en la línea de las Residencias de Enfermería, a partir de publicaciones científicas, y sus aspectos de importancia para la formación profesional. Se trata de un estudio de Revisión Integrativa de la Literatura realizado en las bases de datos de la biblioteca electrónica LILACS y SciELO, que abordan directa e indirectamente el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en las Residencias de Enfermería. Para la búsqueda electrónica de los artículos se utilizaron los Descriptores de Ciencias de la Salud (DeCS), formación en enfermería, enfermería y pasantía y residencia, conectados por el operador booleano AND. Se encontraron 90 textos, de estos 9 fueron seleccionados y analizados. Como resultado, se discuten los métodos de enseñanza-aprendizaje habituales en la residencia de enfermería y sus factores importantes para la formación profesional. Se destaca la experiencia de la preceptora y la enfermera residente sobre el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Se propone una reflexión sobre la teoría y práctica académica del profesional, a partir de la formación y cualificación obtenida y desarrollada en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, contribuyendo a que las enfermeras recién graduadas tengan acceso a la información sobre la residencia en enfermería, su modelo de enseñanza-aprendizaje. y su importancia para la formación profesional.O método de ensino-aprendizagem na Residência em Enfermagem, utilizado na especialização em serviço, tem fundamental importância no processo de formação dos enfermeiros, e seus desenvolvimento técnico-científico e ético. O objetivo geral do estudo é discutir os métodos de ensino-aprendizagem dos cursos de especialização sob a forma de treinamento em serviço nos moldes da Residências em Enfermagem, com base em publicações científicas, e seus aspectos de importância para a formação profissional. Trata-se de um estudo de Revisão Integrativa da Literatura realizado nas bases de dados LILACS e Biblioteca eletrônica SciELO, que abordam direta e indiretamente o processo de ensino-aprendizagem nas Residências em Enfermagem. Foram utilizados para a busca eletrônica dos artigos os Descritores das Ciências em Saúde (DeCS), educação em enfermagem, enfermagem e internato e residência, conectados pelo operador booleano AND. Foram encontrados 90 textos, destes 9 foram selecionados e analisados. Como resultados são abordados os métodos de ensino-aprendizagem usuais na residência em enfermagem e seus fatores de importância para a formação profissional. Destacam-se a vivência do preceptor e do enfermeiro residente sobre o processo de ensino-aprendizagem.
