Resumo: The virtual world has been the preferred and recurring field of crimes, among the many crimes committed in the virtual environment, cyber-pedophilia stands out, that is, pedophilia practiced through the Internet, with children and adolescents as its main victims. In this way, the present work is about cyber-pedophilia, that is, sexual crimes against children and adolescents practiced through the internet. The review covered scientific articles, monographs, theses and dissertations published and available in the databases: CAPES (Coordinating Improvement of Higher-Level Personnel), SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online) and Google academic. Through the study, it can be seen that the Internet is the gateway to the spread of cyber-crime, it is necessary to address the difficulties within the reality, advances and potential accumulated around this strategy, contributing with data that aid in the management and strategies in the legal sphere, as well as, serve as the basis for new research.

Por lo tanto, el presente trabajo tiene como tema la ciberpedofilia, es decir, los delitos sexuales contra niños y adolescentes practicados a través de Internet. La revisión abarcó artículos científicos, monografías, tesis y disertaciones publicadas y disponibles en las bases de datos: CAPES (Coordinación de mejora del personal de educación superior), SciELO (Biblioteca electrónica en línea científica) y Google Scholar. A través del estudio, parece que Internet es la puerta de entrada a la propagación del delito cibernético, es necesario abordar las dificultades dentro de la realidad, los avances y el potencial acumulado en torno a esta estrategia, aportando datos para ayudar en la gestión y las estrategias. así como servir de base para futuras investigaciones.O mundo virtual tem sido o campo preferido e recorrente de se praticar crimes, dentre os inúmeros crimes cometidos no meio virtual destaca-se a ciberpedofilia, ou seja, a pedofilia praticada através da internet, tendo como principais vítimas as crianças e adolescentes. Desta forma, o presente trabalho tem como temática a ciberpedofilia, ou seja, crimes sexuais contra crianças e adolescentes praticados através da internet. A revisão abrangeu artigos científicos, monografias, teses e dissertações publicados e disponíveis nas bases de dados: CAPES (Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior), SciELO (Scientific Eletronic Library Online) e Google acadêmico.
