Resumo: Objective: To analyze the main challenges and difficulties in Nursing care provided to people living with HIV/AIDS. Methodology: This is an integrative literature review. The integrative review includes the analysis of relevant research that supports decision making and the improvement of clinical practice. This research method allows the synthesis of multiple published studies and allows general conclusions regarding a particular area of ​​study. Results and Discussion: Prejudice and stigma represent difficulties in providing care, since professionals bring perceptions regarding the historical context of the disease in the form of blaming the person, which directly interferes with the quality of care provided, due to weakening ties between both parties. Conclusion: It is observed that prejudice is the challenge to be overcome to improve nursing care, in all analyzed articles prejudice stands out in all, with this it is contacted that in order to provide good care, the need for a good interpersonal relationship between patient and nurse.

Metodología: Esta es una revisión integrativa de la literatura. La revisión integradora incluye el análisis de investigaciones relevantes que apoyen la toma de decisiones y la mejora de la práctica clínica. Este método de investigación permite la síntesis de múltiples estudios publicados y permite sacar conclusiones generales respecto a un área particular de estudio. Resultados y Discusión: El prejuicio y el estigma representan dificultades en la prestación del cuidado, ya que los profesionales traen percepciones sobre el contexto histórico de la enfermedad en forma de culpabilización de la persona, lo que interfiere directamente en la calidad de la atención prestada, debido al debilitamiento de los lazos entre ambas partes. Conclusión: Se observa que el prejuicio es el reto a superar para mejorar la atención de enfermería, en todos los artículos analizados se destaca el prejuicio en todos, con esto se contacta que para brindar una buena atención se necesita una buena relación interpersonal entre paciente y enfermera.Objetivo: Analisar os principais desafios e dificuldades na assistência de Enfermagem prestada às pessoas que vivem com HIV/AIDS. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica integrativa. A revisão integrativa inclui a análise de pesquisas relevantes que dão suporte para a tomada de decisão e a melhoria da prática clínica, Este método de pesquisa permite a síntese de múltiplos estudos publicados e possibilita conclusões gerais a respeito de uma particular área de estudo. Resultados e Discussão: O preconceito e o estigma representam dificuldades na prestação do cuidado, uma vez que, os profissionais trazem percepções referentes ao contexto histórico da doença em forma de culpabilização da pessoa, o que interfere diretamente na qualidade do cuidado prestado, devido à fragilização dos vínculos entre ambas as partes.
