The conception of a virtual music course under the eyes of an instructional designer

Resumo: The objective of this work is presenting the project of the course titled "Use of pentatonic scales in the electric guitar" from the perspective of the instructional designer. It is a course inserted in the field of musical education, aimed at teaching a specific instrument, that is, the electric guitar. It has approximately 1 month of duration and counts on theoretical and practical activities, using different media and formats. The virtual environment selected is Moodle, since it is free and has several tools that tend to contribute to the quality of the proposal in line with the different learning styles of the students. Regarding the methodology, in order to present the data and information related to the design of the course, Activity Map were used. In addition, for the theoretical appreciation focused on the interference of the internal and external environments, SWOT analysis was chosen. Through this work, it is identified that the course is financially viable and the quality of the content to be offered make the difference, as well as the pedagogical accompaniment. Thus, it is considered that, independently of the internal and external interferences, the project has potential for the market.

Se trata de un curso inserto en el ámbito de la educación musical, orientado a la enseñanza de un instrumento específico, es decir, la guitarra eléctrica. Tiene aproximadamente 1 mes de duración y cuenta con actividades teóricas y prácticas, utilizando diferentes medios y formatos. El ambiente virtual seleccionado es Moodle, por ser gratuito y contar con diversas herramientas que tienden a contribuir a la calidad de la propuesta en consonancia con los diferentes estilos de aprendizaje de los alumnos. En lo que concierne a la metodología, a fin de exponer los datos y las informaciones relativas al diseño del curso, se ha utilizado el Mapa de Actividades. Además, para la apreciación teórica enfocada en las interferencias de los ambientes interno y externo, se optó por el análisis SWOT. Por medio de la realización de este trabajo, se identifica que el curso es financieramente viable y busca destacar la calidad del contenido a ser ofrecido, así como por el acompañamiento pedagógico. Así, se considera que, independientemente de las interferencias interna y externa, el proyecto tiene potencial para el mercado. O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar o projeto do curso intitulado “Utilização de escalas pentatônicas na guitarra elétrica” a partir da perspectiva do designer instrucional. Trata-se de um curso inserido no âmbito da educação musical, voltado ao ensino de um instrumento específico, isto é, a guitarra elétrica. Ele possui aproximadamente 1 mês de duração e conta com atividades teóricas e práticas, utilizando-se de diferentes mídias e formatos. O ambiente virtual selecionado é o Moodle, por ser gratuito e contar com diversas ferramentas que tendem a contribuir para a qualidade da proposta em consonância com os diferentes estilos de aprendizagem dos alunos. No que concerne à metodologia, a fim de expor os dados e as informações atinentes ao design do curso, lançou-se mão do Mapa de Atividades. Ademais, para a apreciação teórica enfocada nas interferências dos ambientes interno e externo, optou-se pela análise SWOT. Por meio da realização deste trabalho, identifica-se que o curso é financeiramente viável e busca se destacar qualidade do conteúdo a ser oferecido, bem como pelo acompanhamento pedagógico.
