Active methodologies as an instrument for a sensitive look and cozy about the importance of vaccination in adolescents

Resumo: Objective of this study is to describe the experience of nursing professionals on the subject of immunization with students from a public school in the city of Teresina. This is a descriptive study based on an experience report by resident nurses from the Multiprofessional Residency Program in Family and Community Health in partnership with the Expanded Family Health Center and representatives of the Family Health Strategy team in a municipal public school located in the south of Teresina-PI. The health education action was constituted in three different moments, being these: Welcoming, executed through a dynamic "ice breaker", which aimed to begin the construction of links between professionals and students, development, in which it was possible to perceive the previous knowledge of the students on the subject, through the distribution of cards, followed by the joint construction of a conceptual map elaborated with the knowledge passed on by the resident nurses, decreasing doubts and presenting a new perspective on the importance of immunization, and finalization, through the dynamics of myths and truths. It is concluded that although the students have general knowledge about immunization, some information is passed on to them incompletely, and it is necessary to develop actions that promote students awareness of immunization practices. It is important to emphasize the importance of health professionals to take advantage of active methodologies, acquiring a more sensitive, culminating in greater assimilation of knowledge by the participants and sharing of knowledge.

Este es um estúdio descriptivo basado em un informe de experiencia vivido por profesionales de enfermería residentes del Programa de residência multiprofesional em salud familiar y comunitaria (RMSFC), em asociación com el Centro de salud familiar extendido (NASF) y representantes de Equipo de Estrategia de Salud Familiar (FHS) en una escuela pública, em El sur de Teresina-PI. La acción de educación para la salud se constituyó entres momentos diferentes, siendoestos: Recepción, ejecutada a través de una dinámica de "rompehielos", que tenía como objetivo el comienzo de la construcción de vínculos entre profesionales y estudiantes; desarrollo, em el que fue posible percibir los conocimientos previos de los estudiantes sobre el tema, a través de la distribución de tarjetas, seguido de la construcción conjunta de un mapa conceptual elaborado com el conocimiento transmitido por lãs enfermeras residentes, resolviendo dudas y presentando una nueva perspectiva sobre la importância inmunización y finalización llevada a cabo a través de la dinámica de mitos y verdades. Se concluye que aunque los estudiantes tienen um conocimiento general sobre la inmunización, se les transmite información de forma incompleta, lo que requiere el desarrollo de acciones que promuevan la conciencia de los estudiantes sobre lãs prácticas de inmunización. Se enfatiza la importancia de los profesionales de la salud para apropiarse de lãs metodologias activas, adquiriendo una visión más sensible, culminando en una mayor asimilación del conocimiento por parte de los participantes y el intercambio de conocimiento.Objetiva- se descrever a experiência de profissionais residentes de enfermagem sobre a temática imunização com alunos de uma escola pública do município de Teresina. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo a partir de um relato de experiência vivenciado por profissionais residentes enfermeiras do Programa de Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde da Família e Comunidade (RMSFC), em parceria com o Núcleo Ampliado de Saúde da Família (NASF) e representantes da equipe da Estratégia de Saúde da Família (ESF) em uma escola pública municipal, localizado na zona sul de Teresina-PI. A ação de educação em saúde foi constituída em três diferentes momentos, sendo estes: Acolhimento, executado por meio de uma dinâmica de “quebra-gelo”, a qual objetivou o início da construção de vínculos entre as profissionais e os alunos; desenvolvimento, na qual foi possível perceber o conhecimento prévio dos estudantes sobre o tema, por meio da distribuição de tarjetas, seguido da construção conjunta de um mapa conceitual elaborado com os conhecimentos repassados pelas enfermeiras residentes, dirimindo dúvidas e apresentando uma nova perspectiva sobre a importância da imunização; e finalização realizada por meio da dinâmica dos mitos e verdades. Conclui- se que apesar dos alunos possuírem conhecimentos gerais sobre a imunização, algumas informações são repassadas a estes de forma incompleta, sendo necessário o desenvolvimento de ações que promovam a sensibilização dos estudantes quanto às práticas de imunização. Ressalta-se a importância de profissionais de saúde apropriarem-se das metodologias ativas, adquirindo um olhar mais sensível, culminando em maior assimilação de conhecimentos pelos participantes e compartilhamento de saberes.
