Resumo: Although it is true that the interpretation of administrative law is assisted by an undeniable autonomy, it should not be understood as a justification for declaring oneself a foreigner or alien to the legal system that currently governs, that is, the constitutional state of law. The objectives of this research are to systematize the legal interpretation of administrative rules and present their relationship with fundamental rights. The article has used the legal-theoretical method, with deductive technique. In that sense, the interpretation in the administrative headquarters cannot disregard the constitutional principles and rights, otherwise various fundamental rights of the administrated would be violated, highlighting among them, the administrative legal security and the sustainability.

Los objetivos de esta investigación son sistematizar la interpretación jurídica de las normas administrativas y presentar su relación con los derechos fundamentales. El artículo ha empleado el método jurídico-teórico, con técnica deductiva. En ese sentido, la interpretación en sede administrativa no puede inobservar los principios y derechos constitucionales, de otro modo, se vulneraria diversos derechos fundamentales de los administrados, resaltando, entre ellos, la seguridad jurídica administrativa y la sostenibilidad.Embora seja verdade que a interpretação do Direito Administrativo é coadjuvada por uma autonomia indiscutível, não deve ser entendida como justificativa para se declarar estrangeiro ou alheio ao ordenamento jurídico que atualmente rege, ou seja, o estado de direito constitucional. Os objetivos desta pesquisa são sistematizar a interpretação jurídica das normas administrativas e apresentar sua relação com os direitos fundamentais. O artigo utilizou o método jurídico-teórico, com técnica dedutiva.
