Resumo: The article aims to present an experience report, referring to the use of Tenda do Conto, in a family health unit strategy. It provides the meeting between workers in a Health Unit, provides conditions for collective reflection on their practices from the perspective of Permanent Education in Health (EPS). It evaluates its potentiality to approach the knowledge and experiences of the participants, reinforces the integrative practice of support in Primary Care, fosters groupness, bringing people together, with an activity that unfolds from lived stories. The experience came from the storytelling by the professionals themselves, with twelve community health agents and two nurses. These short stories described were selected from the perspective of thematic analysis. The experience showed that the Tenda do Conto collaborates for health care practices and for the production of meanings, sensations and reframing problems, through experimentation and problematization, with a privileged space of coexistence where personal issues become fuel for life. improvement of interpersonal relationships and represent opportunities for collective construction on the work environment.

Proporciona la reunión entre trabajadores en una Unidad de Salud, proporciona condiciones para la reflexión colectiva sobre sus prácticas desde la perspectiva de la Educación Permanente en Salud (EPS). Evalúa su potencial para abordar los conocimientos y experiencias de los participantes, refuerza la práctica de atención integral en Atención Primaria, fomenta la agrupación, une a las personas, con una actividad que se desarrolla a partir de historias vividas. La experiencia provino de la narración de los propios profesionales, con doce agentes de salud comunitarios y dos enfermeras. Las historias cortas descritas fueron seleccionadas desde la perspectiva del análisis temático. La experiencia demostró que Tenda do Conto colabora para las prácticas de atención médica y para la producción de significados, significados y reformulación de problemas, a través de la experimentación y la problematización, con un espacio privilegiado de convivencia donde los problemas personales se convierten en combustible para la vida. mejora de las relaciones interpersonales y representa oportunidades para la construcción colectiva en el entorno laboral.O artigo objetiva arrolar o relato de experiência, referente à utilização da Tenda do Conto, em uma unidade da estratégia de saúde da família. Propicia o encontro entre trabalhadores de uma Unidade de Saúde, possibilita condições de reflexão coletiva sobre suas práticas na perspectiva da Educação Permanente em Saúde (EPS). Avalia sua potencialidade para a abordagem de saberes e vivências dos participantes, reforça a prática integrativa de cuidado na Atenção Básica, fomenta a grupalidade, aproximando as pessoas, com uma atividade que se desenrola a partir de histórias vividas. A experiência aconteceu a partir da narração de contos pelos próprios profissionais, sendo doze agentes comunitários de saúde e duas enfermeiras. Os contos descritos foram selecionados sob a perspectiva da análise temática.
