Resumo: The different soil management systems, such as no-tillage and conventional planting, as well as crop rotation and succession, promote changes in the soil, altering factors such as the availability of water, oxygen and substrate, directly affecting the soil microbiota. The objective was to evaluate the effects of the management of intercropping systems with the presence of the legume gliricidia, without gliricidia and native vegetation on soil microbiological attributes. An experiment was carried out under field conditions, in an area of ​​organic management of land use, cultivated with legume gliricidia, fruit trees and forest essence. The design used was in randomized blocks, in which ten soil samples were collected in triplicate at two depths (0-10 and 10-20 cm). The samples were homogenized and sieved in sieves, placed in properly identified plastic bags and subsequent analysis of the microbial attributes (microbial biomass carbon-Cmic, microbial biomass nitrogen-Nmic, metabolic quotient-qCO2 and basal respiration (RBS). that the cultivation systems caused significant alterations in the microbiological attributes of the soil when compared with the native vegetation. of the native vegetation, while the values ​​of Cmic, RBS and qCO2 did not differentiate.These results confirm that the intercropping systems with the presence of gliricidia was equal to the native forest, in providing favorable conditions for the mineralization of organic matter by the soil microbiota.

El objetivo fue evaluar los efectos del manejo de sistemas intercalados con presencia de la leguminosa gliricidia, sin gliricidia y vegetación nativa sobre los atributos microbiológicos del suelo. Se realizó un experimento en condiciones de campo, en un área de manejo orgánico de uso de suelo, cultivada con leguminosa gliricidia, árboles frutales y esencia de bosque. El diseño utilizado fue en bloques al azar, en el cual se recolectaron diez muestras de suelo por triplicado a dos profundidades (0-10 y 10-20 cm). Las muestras fueron homogeneizadas y tamizadas en tamices, colocadas en bolsas plásticas debidamente identificadas y posterior análisis de los atributos microbianos (biomasa microbiana carbono-Cmic, biomasa microbiana nitrógeno-Nmic, cociente metabólico-qCO2 y respiración basal (RBS) que presentan los sistemas de cultivo. ocasionó alteraciones significativas en los atributos microbiológicos del suelo al compararlo con la vegetación nativa de la vegetación nativa, mientras que los valores de Cmic, RBS y qCO2 no se diferenciaron.Estos resultados confirman que los sistemas de intercalado con presencia de gliricidia fue igual al bosque nativo, en brindar condiciones favorables para la mineralización de la materia orgánica por parte de la microbiota del suelo.Os diferentes sistemas de manejo do solo, como o plantio direto e o plantio convencional, assim como a rotação e sucessão de cultura, promovem alterações no solo, alterando fatores como a disponibilidade de água, oxigênio e substrato, afetando diretamente a microbiota do solo. Objetivou-se avaliar os efeitos da forma de manejo dos sistemas de consórcio com presença da leguminosa gliricídia, sem gliricídia e vegetação nativa sobre atributos microbiológicos do solo. Foi conduzido um experimento em condição de campo, em área de manejo orgânico de uso do solo, cultivada com leguminosa gliricídia, fruteiras e essência florestal. O delineamento utilizado foi em blocos casualizados, no qual foram coletadas dez amostras de solo em triplicadas em duas profundidades (0-10 e 10-20 cm). As amostras foram homogeneizadas e peneiradas em peneiras, acondicionadas em sacos plásticos devidamente identificados e   posterior análises dos atributos microbianos (carbono da biomassa microbiana- Cmic, nitrogênio da biomassa microbiana-Nmic, quociente metabólico- qCO2 e respiração basal (RBS).  Observou-se que os sistemas de cultivo provocaram alterações significativas nos atributos microbiológicos do solo quando comparados com a vegetação nativa. Ocorreu diferença significativa nas variáveis analisadas, sendo que o sistema com a presença de gliricídia, os valores de nitrogênio da biomassa microbiana (Nmic) foram superiores aos da vegetação nativa, enquanto os valores de Cmic, RBS e qCO2 não diferenciaram.
