Resumo: | This article discusses the importance of the supervised internship, an activity that is required in the different courses, mainly in the degree courses, particularly this work aims to emphasize the importance of the internship and planning for the full degree course in geography. The practice of supervised internship in undergraduate programs develops in students not only an understanding of the theories studied during graduation, but also its applicability and reflection on the practice that starts from the moment the student enters the classroom as an intern, in this At the moment, the intern has to be able to develop the role of teacher. For this, planning is necessary, so that he can contribute to the teaching-learning of children. To support the discussion, the investigative methodology was used, as well as the qualitative where it seeks to investigate and qualify the supervised internship and planning for teacher training. Thus, to validate the results obtained, the classes of the 6th year “A” and the 3rd year “A” were characterized by the municipal school Nila Ferreira da Silva, in the city of Fagundes, Paraíba. It was observed the learning difficulties that these two classes presented even with the teaching systems that the teacher of the class applied. In short, the supervised internship will bring the truth of the pleasures and challenges that the future teacher will face in his daily life as a teacher, learning to deal with daily difficulties and achieve his greatest goal, which is to promote teaching and learning. |

La práctica de la pasantía supervisada en programas de pregrado desarrolla en los estudiantes no solo la comprensión de las teorías estudiadas durante la graduación, sino también su aplicabilidad y reflexión sobre la práctica que se inicia desde el momento en que el estudiante ingresa al aula como pasante, en este Por el momento, el becario tiene que ser capaz de desarrollar el rol de docente, para ello es necesaria la planificación, para que pueda contribuir a la enseñanza-aprendizaje de los niños. Para sustentar la discusión se utilizó la metodología investigativa, así como la cualitativa donde se busca investigar y calificar la pasantía supervisada y la planificación para la formación docente. Así, para validar los resultados obtenidos, las clases de 6º año “A” y 3º año “A” se caracterizaron por la escuela municipal Nila Ferreira da Silva, en la ciudad de Fagundes, Paraíba. Se observó las dificultades de aprendizaje que presentaban estas dos clases aun con los sistemas de enseñanza que aplicaba el docente de la clase. En definitiva, la pasantía supervisada traerá la verdad de los placeres y desafíos que el futuro docente enfrentará en su vida diaria como docente, aprendiendo a lidiar con las dificultades diarias y lograr su mayor objetivo, que es promover la enseñanza y el aprendizaje.O presente artigo discute a importância do estágio supervisionado, atividade está exigida nos diversos curso, principalmente nos de licenciatura. Particularmente este trabalho visa ressaltar a importância do estágio e do planejamento para o curso de licenciatura plena em geografia. A da prática de estágio supervisionado nas licenciaturas desenvolve nos estudantes não apenas compreensão das teorias estudadas durante a graduação, mas também sua aplicabilidade e a reflexão sobre a prática que se inicia a partir do momento em que o graduando entra na sala de aula como estagiário, neste momento, o estagiário tem que estar apto a desenvolver o papel de professor para isso é necessário o planejamento, para que possa contribuir para o ensino-aprendizagem das crianças. Para fundamentar a discussão, usou-se a metodologia investigativa, assim como a qualitativa onde busca investigar e qualificar o estágio supervisionado e planejamento para formação do professor. Desta forma, para validar o resultados obtidos caracterizou-se as turmas do 6°ano “A” e 3° ano “A” ano da escola municipal Nila Ferreira da Silva, na cidade de Fagundes, paraíba. Observou-se as dificuldades de aprendizagem que estas duas turmas aparentavam mesmo com as sistemáticas de ensino que o professor regente da turma aplicava.
