Resumo: | Business process management is important because effective business processes are crucial to a company's success. In this way, the present work aims to understand the Management of processes within the scope of Administration, thus aiming at business. Through a bibliographical review of a documental qualitative nature, in this way, the knowledge of other researchers will be used as a theoretical basis to expand the frontiers of knowledge through books, articles, periodicals and papers, and will develop current works. Business process management (BPM) is a structured approach to improving the processes that organizations use to get work done, serve their customers and drive business value. A business process is an activity or set of activities that helps achieve an organization's goals, such as increasing profits or promoting workforce diversity. The results reveal that the role of administrator is the role that a process manager assumes when controlling a process so that it works as planned. The main objective of the administrator role is to ensure that the plan is implemented without any deviations. It is important to note that BPM is not a specific automation technology. While it often involves automating many tasks, it is a mindset and methodology that allows people to streamline operations. This can happen with or without technology. |

De esta forma, el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo comprender la Gestión de procesos en el ámbito de la Administración, apuntando así a los negocios. A través de una revisión bibliográfica de carácter cualitativo documental, de esta forma, se utilizará como base teórica el conocimiento de otros investigadores para ampliar las fronteras del conocimiento a través de libros, artículos, periódicos y ponencias, y se desarrollarán trabajos actuales. La gestión de procesos empresariales (BPM) es un enfoque estructurado para mejorar los procesos que utilizan las organizaciones para realizar el trabajo, servir a sus clientes e impulsar el valor empresarial. Un proceso empresarial es una actividad o conjunto de actividades que ayudan a lograr los objetivos de una organización, como aumentar las ganancias o promover la diversidad de la fuerza laboral. Los resultados revelan que el rol de Administradores es el rol que asume un gestor de procesos al momento de controlar un proceso para que funcione según lo planeado. El principal objetivo del rol de Administradores es garantizar que el plan se implemente sin desviaciones. Es importante señalar que BPM no es una tecnología de automatización específica. Si bien a menudo implica la automatización de muchas tareas, es una mentalidad y una metodología que permite a las personas optimizar las operaciones. Esto puede suceder con o sin tecnología.O gerenciamento de processos de negócios é importante porque processos de negócios eficazes são cruciais para o sucesso da empresa. Dessa forma, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo compreender a Gestão de processos no âmbito da Administração, visando assim os negócios. Por meio, de uma revisão bibliográfica de caráter qualitativo documental, dessa forma, o conhecimento de outros pesquisadores será utilizado como base teórica para expandir as fronteiras do conhecimento por meio de livros, artigos, periódicos e papers, e desenvolverão trabalhos atuais. O gerenciamento de processos de negócios (BPM) é uma abordagem estruturada para melhorar os processos que as organizações usam para realizar o trabalho, atender seus clientes e gerar valor comercial. Um processo de negócios é uma atividade ou conjunto de atividades que ajuda a atingir as metas de uma organização, como aumentar os lucros ou promover a diversidade da força de trabalho. Os resultados revelam que a função de Administradores é a função que um gerente de processo assume ao controlar um processo para que funcione conforme planejado. O principal objetivo da função de Administradores é garantir que o plano seja implementado sem quaisquer desvios. É importante observar que o BPM não é uma tecnologia de automação específica. Embora geralmente envolva automatizar várias tarefas, é uma mentalidade e uma metodologia que permite que as pessoas agilizem as operações.
