Resumo: This article aims to describe the main topics of approach of the research group Management of Professional Training and Qualification in the areas of teaching, research and extension, with a view to the professional qualification of students and professionals in the field of health. It is a proposal for an experience report, with a descriptive qualitative approach on the main themes of approach of the research group Management of Professional Training and Qualification in the areas of teaching, research and extension. This article is based on the following discussions: Open Researcher and Contributor ID, Participatory Action Research, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Scientific Publication, Pedagogical Practices for the Training of Health Professionals and Hybrid Learning in Higher Education. With a view to training and professional qualification in health, innovation is sought with the proposal to discuss relevant topics knowing the reality of its students and professionals. As a conclusion, it is understood the participative and reflective importance of an interdisciplinary training by competences capable of understanding the demands of the current world, considering an integral education of the subject in the health area.

Se trata de una propuesta de relato de experiencia, con un enfoque descriptivo cualitativo sobre los principales temas de abordaje del grupo de investigación Gestión de la Formación y Cualificación Profesional en las áreas de docencia, investigación y extensión. Este artículo se basa en las siguientes discusiones: ID de investigador y colaborador abierto, investigación de acción participativa, medicina tradicional china, publicación científica, prácticas pedagógicas para la formación de profesionales de la salud y aprendizaje híbrido en educación superior. Con miras a la formación y calificación profesional en salud, se busca la innovación con la propuesta de discutir temas relevantes conociendo la realidad de sus estudiantes y profesionales. Como conclusión, se entiende la importancia participativa y reflexiva de una formación interdisciplinar por competencias capaces de comprender las demandas del mundo actual, considerando una educación integral de la asignatura en el área de la salud.Este artigo apresenta como objetivo descrever as principais temáticas de abordagem do grupo de pesquisa Gestão da Formação e Qualificação Profissional nas áreas de ensino, pesquisa e extensão com vistas a qualificação profissional de estudantes e profissionais na área da saúde. É uma proposta de relato de experiência, com abordagem qualitativa do tipo descritiva sobre as principais temáticas de abordagem do grupo de pesquisa Gestão da Formação e Qualificação Profissional nas áreas de ensino, pesquisa e extensão. Este artigo está pautado nas seguintes discussões: Open Researcher and Contributor ID, Pesquisa Ação-Participativa, Medicina tradicional chinesa, Publicação Científica, Práticas Pedagógicas para a Formação do Profissional em Saúde e a Aprendizagem Híbrida no Ensino Superior. A partir da formação e qualificação profissional na saúde se busca a inovação com a proposta de discutir temáticas relevantes conhecendo a realidade de seus estudantes e profissionais.
