Resumo: | This paper aims to demonstrate the relevance of projects in educational institutions to the omnilateral formation of individuals. This is a qualitative research, with a case study on the Farol Cultural Project, carried out annually at the Federal Goiano Institute, since 2013. A literature review of the guidelines of professional and technological education was accomplished about the omnilateral formation of the individual and the contributions that cultural incentive projects can corroborate with this formation. The research revealed that professional and technological education has great importance in the contribution of the “reading of the world” of the individual, so that he can be able to elaborate, from his own life experiences, besides incentives and school formation, knowledge that can bring changes in your reality and in society. It was concluded that professional and technological education and projects, such as Farol Cultural, can contribute to an omnilateral formation of individuals. |

Este es una investigación cualitativa, con un estudio de caso sobre el Proyecto Faro Cultural, realizado anualmente en el Instituto Federal Goiano, desde el año de 2013. Se realizó una revisión de la literatura sobre las pautas de la educación profesional y tecnológica en vista de la formación omnilateral del individuo y las contribuciones que los proyectos de incentivos culturales pueden corroborar con esta formación. La investigación reveló que la educación profesional y tecnológica tiene una gran importancia en la contribución de la "lectura del mundo" del individuo, para que pueda tener condiciones para elaborar, en base a sus propias experiencias y experiencias, además de incentivos y formación escolar, conocimiento que puede provocar cambios en su realidad y en la sociedad. Se concluyó que la educación profesional y tecnológica y proyectos, como el Faro Cultural, pueden contribuir a una formación omnilateral de los individuos.O presente trabalho pretende demonstrar a relevância de projetos, em instituições de ensino, para a formação omnilateral dos indivíduos. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de caráter qualitativo, com estudo de caso sobre o Projeto Farol Cultural, realizado anualmente no Instituto Federal Goiano, desde o ano de 2013. Realizou-se uma revisão de literatura das diretrizes da educação profissional e tecnológica no viés da formação omnilateral do indivíduo e as contribuições que projetos de incentivo à cultura podem corroborar com essa formação. A pesquisa revelou que a educação profissional e tecnológica possui grande importância na contribuição da “leitura do mundo” do indivíduo, para que esse possa ter condições de elaborar, a partir de vivências e experiências próprias, além de incentivos e da formação escolar, conhecimentos que podem trazer mudanças em sua realidade e na sociedade.
