Resumo: Aiming to evaluate the degree of user satisfaction in a Dental Speciality Center in Paraíba, a transversal analytical quantitative survey was realized. As an instrument of data collection, forms were applied to a sample of 144 users of the health service in the city of Patos-PB. In the study were analyzed the patients socio-demographic profile, accessibility and the solving of their oral problems. After the collection, the data was stored in a database and the analysis were developed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences – SPSS for Windows, version 20 software and submitted in charts and tables. The main results showed that most users of the center are females (66.7%), aged 36 to 60 (36.8%), belonging to low-income families. The most sought specialities were endodontics (24.3%) and surgery (20.8%). Concerning the ease of access, 84% of the respondents affirmed that it was easy getting to the center. Of all the users interviewed, 93.1% which corresponds to 134 users, indicated that they were satisfied with the service offered while only 6.9% of research participants not present their problems solved. The analysis of the data allowed to conclude that the majority of the users are satisfied with the specialized services of this oral health unit, being the same recognized as resolving.

Los formularios utilizados para una muestra de 144 usuarios de este servicio de salud en la ciudad de Patos-PB se utilizaron como instrumento de recopilación de datos. En el estudio, se analizó el perfil sociodemográfico de los pacientes, la accesibilidad y la resolución de sus problemas orales. Los datos después de recolectados se almacenaron en una base de datos y los análisis desarrollados en el programa Statiscal Package For Social Sciences - SPSS para Windows, versión 20 y presentados a través de gráficos y tablas. Los principales resultados fueron que la mayoría de los usuarios de este centro son mujeres (66.7%), con edades entre 36 y 60 años (36.8%), pertenecientes a familias de bajos ingresos. Las especialidades más buscadas fueron la endodoncia (24,3%) y la cirugía (20,8%). En cuanto al acceso, el 84% de los encuestados dijo que era fácil ir al centro. Con respecto a la facilidad de obtener asistencia, el 91.7% afirmó que fue fácil obtenerla. De los usuarios entrevistados, el 93.1%, correspondiente a 134 usuarios, dijeron estar satisfechos con el servicio y solo el 6.9% de los participantes de la encuesta no resolvieron sus problemas. El análisis de los datos permitió concluir que la mayoría de los usuarios están satisfechos con los servicios especializados de esta unidad de salud bucal, siendo los mismos reconocidos como resolutivos. Objetivando avaliar o grau de satisfação dos usuários em um Centro de Especialidades Odontológicas na Paraíba, foi realizada uma pesquisa quantitativa e analítica, de forma transversal. Utilizou-se como instrumento de coleta de dados, formulários aplicados para uma amostra de 144 usuários desse serviço de saúde da cidade de Patos-PB. No estudo foram analisados o perfil sócio-demográfico dos pacientes, acessibilidade e resolutividade para com seus problemas bucais. Os dados após coletados foram armazenados em um banco de dados e as análises desenvolvidas no programa Statiscal Package For Social Sciences- SPSS para Windows, versão 20 e apresentados através de gráficos e tabelas. As especialidades mais procuradas foram endodontia (24,3%) e cirurgia (20,8%). Quanto ao acesso, 84% dos entrevistados afirmaram que foi fácil ir ao centro. Em relação à facilidade de conseguir atendimento, 91,7% alegou ter sido fácil a obtenção do mesmo. Dos usuários entrevistados, 93,1%, que correspondem a 134 usuários, apontaram estar satisfeitos com o serviço e apenas 6,9% dos participantes da pesquisa não apresentaram seus problemas solucionados.
