Resumo: The response plan is the result of actions and requires systemic and integrated strategies that support, welcome and guide people, families and society in sharing responsibilities in caring for themselves and the other. The objective is to report the professional experience in the construction of a response plan for a Prevention and Coping Office to COVID-19. It is a report of professional experience on the construction of a response plan for the Office of a municipality in the interior of the State of Rio Grande do Sul. the pandemic of the new coronavirus responsible for COVID 19. These actions, through the use of a predefined coordination system, allowed an adequate articulation and better use of resources and optimization of results. In view of the responses presented, in addition to allowing the community in general to know the step by step of a municipality in the face of a public health emergency, it makes it possible to strengthen actions beyond this pandemic.

El objetivo es reportar la experiencia profesional en la construcción de un plan de respuesta para una Oficina de Prevención y Afrontamiento al COVID-19. Se trata de un informe de experiencia profesional sobre la construcción de un plan de respuesta para la Oficina de un municipio del interior del Estado de Rio Grande do Sul. La gestión municipal, desde la creación de la Oficina, crea, implementa y ejecuta acciones de afrontamiento la pandemia del nuevo coronavirus responsable del COVID 19. Estas acciones, mediante el uso de un sistema de coordinación predefinido, permitieron una adecuada articulación y mejor aprovechamiento de los recursos y optimización de resultados. A la vista de las respuestas presentadas, además de permitir que la comunidad en general conozca el paso a paso de un municipio ante una emergencia de salud pública, permite fortalecer las acciones más allá de esta pandemia.Incluir o resumo. O plano de resposta é o resultado das ações e requer estratégias sistêmicas e integradas que apoiem, acolham e orientem as pessoas, as famílias e a sociedade no compartilhamento de responsabilidades no cuidado de si e do outro. Tem-se como objetivo relatar a experiência profissional na construção de um plano de resposta de um Gabinete de Prevenção e Enfrentamento à COVID-19. Trata-se de um relato de experiência profissional sobre a construção de um plano de resposta do Gabinete de um município do interior do Estado do Rio grande do Sul. A gestão municipal a partir da criação do Gabinete, cria, implanta e implementa ações de enfrentamento a pandemia do novo coronavirus responsável pela COVID 19. Estas ações, por meio da utilização de um sistema de coordenação pré-definido permitiu uma articulação adequada e melhor aproveitamento dos recursos e otimização dos resultados.
