Scientific literacy and Science teaching in Basic Education: panorama in the context of Brazilian academic research in the last five years of ENPEC

Resumo: | This study aimed to analyze 32 manuscripts from three editions (2015, 2017 and 2019) of the National Research Meeting in Science Education (ENPEC), on the contributions, advances and/or weaknesses of pedagogical actions related to Scientific Literacy (AC) in the Teaching of Basic Education Sciences (EC). It is an exploratory research based on a systematic review of the literature, with analysis of the level of education; region; didactic proposal; contributions and categorization in thematic axes (established after the full reading of the works). The research results indicate that most of the manuscripts were aimed at High School and absence from EJA. It is understood that Elementary and High School are considered locus for the realization of CA, in which the diversification of methodological strategies can help in the development of competencies that involve CA. It is concluded that the plurality of didactic actions presented in the manuscripts selected for this study, emphasize the CA approach in Basic Education, enabling the use of technologies, construction of didactic materials and didactic sequences based on Science, Technology, Society and Environment (CTSA) for every space and school level. |

Es una investigación exploratoria basada en una revisión sistemática de la literatura, con análisis del nivel de educación; región; propuesta didáctica; aportes y categorización en ejes temáticos (establecidos después de la lectura completa de los trabajos). La mayoría de los trabajos estaban destinados a la escuela secundaria y la ausencia de EJA. Se entiende que las escuelas primarias y secundarias se consideran el lugar para la realización de CA, en el cual la diversificación de estrategias metodológicas puede ayudar en el desarrollo de competencias que involucren a CA. Se concluye que la pluralidad de acciones didácticas presentadas en los trabajos seleccionados para este estudio, enfatizan la importancia de abordar la AC en la Educación Básica, permitiendo el uso de tecnologías, construcción de materiales didácticos y secuencias didácticas basadas en Ciencia, Tecnología, Sociedad y Medio Ambiente. (CTSA) para cada espacio y nivel escolar.Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar 32 trabalhos de três edições (2015, 2017 e 2019) do Encontro Nacional de Pesquisa em Educação em Ciências (ENPEC), sobre as contribuições, avanços e/ou fragilidades de ações pedagógicas relacionadas à Alfabetização Científica (AC) no Ensino de Ciências (EC) da Educação Básica. Trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória a partir de uma revisão sistemática da literatura, com análise do nível de ensino; região; proposta didática; contribuições e categorização em eixos temáticos (estabelecidos após a íntegra leitura dos trabalhos). Os resultados da pesquisa indicam que a maioria dos trabalhos tiveram como público alvo o Ensino Médio e ausência na EJA. Entende-se que os Ensinos Fundamental e Médio são considerados locus para a realização da AC, nos quais a diversificação de estratégias metodológicas pode auxiliar no desenvolvimento de competências que envolvem a AC.
