Summary: Objective: to describe the educational strategies for the empowerment of pregnant women in the prevention of obstetric violence. Method: integrative literature review structured in six steps guided by the Preferred eporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses checklist. The databases Latin American and Caribbean Literature on Health Sciences, Online System for Search and Analysis of Medical Literature, Nursing Database, INDEX Psychology and the Índice Bibliográfico Español en Ciencias de La Salud. Result: the final sample totaled eleven articles that considered the conversation circles, adherence to prenatal care, permanent education for the multiprofessional team, use of support material and use of the stork network as important approaches to carry out health education for the empowerment of pregnant women in the prevention of obstetric violence. Conclusion: educational strategies during prenatal care promote the empowerment of pregnant women by developing their autonomy in making decisions about childbirth and preventing situations of obstetric violence.

Las bases de datos Literatura Latinoamericana y del Caribe en Ciencias de la Salud, Sistema de Búsqueda y Análisis de Literatura Médica en Línea, Base de Datos de Enfermería, INDEX Psicología y el Índice Bibliográfico Español en Ciencias de La Salud. Resultados: la lista final incluía once artículos que consideraban las rutas de conversación, la adición al prenatal, la educación permanente para el equipo multiprofesional, el uso de material de ayuda y la utilización de la red cegonha como enfoques importantes para llevar a cabo la educación en salud para el empoderamiento de las gestantes en la prevención de la violencia obstétrica. Conclusión: las estrategias educativas llevadas a cabo durante la atención prenatal promueven el empoderamiento de las mujeres embarazadas, desarrollando su autonomía en la toma de decisiones sobre el parto y previniendo situaciones de violencia obstétrica.Objetivo: descrever as estratégias educativas para o empoderamento da gestante na prevenção da violência obstétrica. Método: revisão integrativa da literatura estruturada em seis etapas guiadas pelo checklist Preferred eporting Itens for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses. As bases de dados utilizadas foram Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde, Sistema Online de Busca e Análise de Literatura Médica, Banco de Dados em Enfermagem, INDEX Psicologia e o Índice Bibliográfico Español em Ciencias de La Salud. Resultados: a amostra final totalizou onze artigos que consideraram as rodas de conversa, adesão ao pré-natal, educação permanente para a equipe multiprofissional, uso de material de apoio e utilização da rede cegonha como abordagens importantes para realizar a educação em saúde para o empoderamento de gestantes na prevenção da violência obstétrica.
