Resumo: | This research aims to verify the relationship between organizational support and organizational social capital in workers. With the social and economic events in the last ten years, companies have sought to assess the intrinsic aspects of workers in terms of productivity and creativity. Thus, management processes of incentive policies and more interpersonal organizational practices are receiving more investments. 401 workers from the State of Rio Grande do Norte participated in the study, most of them were between 30 and 44 years old, were men, work in the public sector and have an income above 4,001.00. They responded to the Perception Scale of Organizational Support, Organizational Social Capital and socio-demographic data, electronically through Google forms. In the AMOS 21.0 statistical program, the intended analysis was carried out, confirming the hypothesis that organizational support positively influences social capital It is noteworthy that, considering these results, how much organizational support can influence the quality of production and social interaction in the work environment, when focused on social capital. |

Con los acontecimientos sociales y económicos, en los últimos diez años las empresas han buscado evaluar los aspectos intrínsecos de los trabajadores en cuanto a la productividad y la creatividad. Así, procesos de gestión de las políticas de incentivo y prácticas organizacionales más interpersonales han venido recibiendo más inversiones. Participan del estudio 401 trabajadores del Estado de Rio Grande do Norte. La mayoría de entre 30 y 40 años de edad, hombres, trabajadores del sector público y renta superior a 4001,00. Contestaron a la Escala de Percepción del Soporte Organizacional, Capital Social Organizacional y datos sociodemográficos por medio electrónico, a través del Google forms. En el programa estadístico AMOS 21.0 se ha realizado un análisis confirmando la hipótesis de que el soporte organizacional influye, positivamente, el capital social. Se destaca, considerando estos resultados, cuánto puede influenciar el soporte organizacional en la calidad productiva y de interacción social en el ambiente laboral, cuando se centra en el capital social.Esta pesquisa pretende verificar a relação entre o suporte organizacional e capital social organizacional em trabalhadores. Com os acontecimentos sociais e econômicos nos últimos dez anos as empresas têm buscado avaliar os aspectos intrínsecos dos trabalhadores quanto a produtividade e criatividade. Assim, processos de gestão das políticas de incentivo e práticas organizacionais mais interpessoais vem recebendo mais investimentos. Participaram do estudo, 401 trabalhadores do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, a maioria tinha idades entre 30 a 44 anos, eram homens, trabalham no setor público e uma renda acima de 4.001,00. Responderam a Escala de Percepção de Suporte Organizacional, Capital Social Organizacional e dados sociodemográficos por meio eletrônico através do Google forms. No programa estatístico AMOS 22.0 realizou-se a análise pretendida confirmando a hipótese de que o suporte organizacional influencia, positivamente, o capital social.
