Resumo: | The correct business management is essential for the survival of companies, especially in the Industry 4.0 scenario, where changes are increasingly rapid and complex, increasing market competitiveness. The case study objective was to evaluate a family radiator repair company located in Volta Redonda-RJ, in four dimensions: operational, financial, commercial, and quality, seeking to propose improvements without burden or at low cost for the owner, considering its operating capacity. current. Furthermore, tools were implemented to assist in the company's day-to-day management, optimizing the organization of relevant data and aiming to create relevant parameters and goals for analyzing the quality of the service provided. For these objectives, quality tools were used, such as KPI (Key Performance Indicator), bibliographies, such as Motta, Lobato, and Pereira, and sources from IBGE, SEBRAE, and previous academic publications. Considering all the points presented, it was concluded that there were several points to improve, and those with the greatest impact on the company's growth and operability were prioritized for applying tools and suggesting management methods. |

El objetivo del estudio de caso fue evaluar una empresa familiar de reparación de radiadores ubicada en Volta Redonda-RJ, en cuatro dimensiones: operativa, financiera, comercial y de calidad, buscando proponer mejoras sin carga o con bajo costo para el propietario, considerando su capacidad. de operación actual. Además, se implementaron herramientas para ayudar en la gestión diaria de la empresa, optimizando la organización de los datos relevantes y con el objetivo de crear parámetros y objetivos relevantes para el análisis de la calidad del servicio prestado. Con esto se concluyó que existían varios puntos a mejorar, y se priorizaron aquellos que tienen mayor impacto en el crecimiento y operatividad de la empresa para aplicar herramientas y sugerir métodos de gestión.A gestão correta de negócios é essencial para sobrevivência das empresas, principalmente no cenário da Indústria 4.0, onde as mudanças são cada vez mais rápidas e complexas, aumentando a competitividade no mercado. O objetivo do estudo de caso foi avaliar uma empresa familiar de reparo de radiadores localizada Volta Redonda-RJ, em quatro dimensões: operacional, financeira, comercial e de qualidade, buscando propor melhoriais sem oneração ou com baixo custo para o proprietário, considerando sua capacidade de operação atual. Além disso, implementou-se ferramentas para auxiliar na gestão cotidiana da empresa, otimizando a organização de dados relevantes e visando criar parâmetros e metas relevantes para análise da qualidade do serviço prestado. Para tais objetivos, foram utilizadas ferramentas da qualidade, como os KPI (Key Performance Indicator), bibliografias, como Motta, Lobato e Pereira, além de fontes do IBGE, SEBRAE e publicações acadêmicas anteriores.
