Resumo: Among all health professionals of the Family Health Strategy (ESF), the Community Health Agent (CHA) presents itself as the bridge established between the population and the health service, through educational activities. Even with many advances, the training of ACS remains a challenge. The forecast is that this training will be gradual and permanent, and should consider the CHA's work context, observing local demands. Through the above, the objective was established to know the perception of the CHA's about the training offered by the management and the team. This research is characterized as a field research, descriptive-exploratory, with a qualitative approach; the research was carried out in the city of Campina Grande, Paraíba, Brazil, between the months of May 2018 and August 2019. Regarding the perception of the CHAs about the intervention proposal, it is observed that the experience of training, based on the realization of Permanent Education in Health, it was presented as a pedagogical method in line with what is intended to be achieved with the policy of permanent education in the context of Family Health. The CHA's decision-making power to list the topics discussed, in addition to the identification of problem situations and the construction of possible ways to overcome them, were characteristics that were strongly observed during the proposed activities, which provided the process of deconstructing a previously consolidated knowledge, with regard to professional performance, the production of health care and interactions between the team and the community.

Incluso con muchos avances, la formación de ACS sigue siendo un desafío. La previsión es que esta capacitación será gradual y permanente, y debe considerar el contexto de trabajo de la CHA, observando las demandas locales. A través de lo anterior, se estableció el objetivo de conocer la percepción de los CHA's sobre la capacitación ofrecida por la gerencia y el equipo. Esta investigación se caracteriza por ser una investigación de campo, descriptiva-exploratoria, con un enfoque cualitativo; La investigación se llevó a cabo en la ciudad de Campina Grande, Paraíba, Brasil, entre los meses de mayo de 2018 y agosto de 2019. En cuanto a la percepción de las CHA sobre la propuesta de intervención, se observa que la experiencia de formación, basada en la realización de Educación Permanente en Salud, se presentó como un método pedagógico acorde con lo que se pretende lograr con la política de educación permanente en el contexto de Salud de la Familia. El poder de decisión de la CHA para enumerar los temas discutidos, además de la identificación de situaciones problemáticas y la construcción de posibles vías para superarlas, fueron características que se observaron fuertemente durante las actividades propuestas, lo que brindó el proceso de deconstrucción de una situación previamente consolidada. conocimiento, en lo que respecta al desempeño profesional, la producción de cuidados de salud y las interacciones entre el equipo y la comunidad.Em meio a todos os profissionais de saúde da Estratégia de Saúde da Família (ESF), o Agente Comunitário de Saúde (ACS) se apresenta como a ponte estabelecida entre a população e o serviço de saúde, através de ações educativas. Mesmo com muitos avanços, a formação dos ACS permanece um desafio. A previsão é de que essa formação seja gradual e permanente, e deve considerar o contexto de trabalho dos ACS, observando as demandas locais. Mediante o supracitado, estabeleceu-se como objetivo conhecer a percepção dos ACS’s acerca das capacitações ofertadas pela gestão e equipe. Esta pesquisa é caracterizada como uma Pesquisa de Campo, descritivo-exploratória, de abordagem qualitativa; a pesquisa foi realizada no município de Campina Grande, Paraíba, Brasil, entre os meses de Maio de 2018 a Agosto de 2019. No que concerne a percepção dos ACS’s, acerca da proposta de intervenção, observa-se que a vivência de uma capacitação, alicerçada na realização da Educação Permanente em Saúde (EPS), apresentou-se como método pedagógico consonante com o que se pretende alcançar com a política de EPS no contexto da Saúde da Família.
