Resumo: Objective: to report the teaching experience of Stricto sensu graduate students lived with FederalFluminenseUniversity nursing students during the theoretical-practical teaching in the care of puerperal women, in a municipal public maternity of habitual risk. Methodology: it’s about a research modality of experience report, from which describes the aspects experienced in apublic maternity hospital of usual risk, in Niteroi city, at metropolitan region II of Rio de Janeiro state, in regarding to the teaching stage of post-graduation program Stricto Sensu from Federal Fluminense University. Results: the activities executed by the post-graduating students together with the teachers expand the vision of their future as part of teaching group, contributing to their graduation as teacher and the academic community involved, and to the professional qualification in regard to the integrated care of Improvement and Innovation Project in Care and Education in Obstetrics and Neonatology. Conclusion: the results corroborate to police guidelines of humanized birth that translate in a need for change.

Metodologia: es una investigación en la modalidad de informe de experiencia, que describe los aspectos experimentados en una maternidad pública de riesgo habitual, en el municipio de Niterói, región metropolitana II del Estado de Río de Janeiro, en relación con la pasantía docente del programa de posgrado. estudiantes de pregrado Stricto sensu de la Universidad Federal Fluminense. Resultados: las actividades desarrolladas por los estudiantes de posgrado con los estudiantes ampliaron su visión del futuro en la enseñanza, contribuyendo así a su formación docente y a los académicos involucrados, y a la calificación profesional desde la perspectiva de la atención integrada al Proyecto de Mejora e Innovación en Atención y Educación en Obstetricia y Neonatología. Conclusión: los resultados corroboran Las directrices y políticas para humanizar el parto y el parto que se traducen, la necesidad de cambio.Objetivo: relatar a experiência de docência de pós-graduandos Stricto sensu vivenciado junto aos discentes de enfermagem da Universidade Federal Fluminense durante o ensino teórico-prático na assistência às mulheres puérperas, em uma maternidade pública municipal de risco habitual. Metodologia: trata-se de um relato de experiência, do qual descreve os aspectos vivenciados numa maternidade pública de risco habitual no munucípio de Niterói, Estado do Rio de Janeiro, em relação ao estágio docente do programa de pós-graduandas Stricto sensu da Universidade Federal Fluminense. Resultados: as atividades desenvolvidas pelas pós-graduandas junto aos discentes ampliaram a visão de futuro dessas na docência, contribuindo assim para sua formação docente e para os acadêmicos, e  para a qualificação profissional sob a ótica do cuidado integrado ao Projeto Aprimoramento e Inovação no Cuidado e Ensino em Obstetrícia e Neonatologia.
