Negotiation as a strategy used by the elderly to access Public Health Policies: scoping review protocol

Resumo: | Negotiation is an extrajudicial means of conflict resolution that offers cost savings, speed and efficiency in complying with constitutional guarantees such as access to public policies. This review protocol aims to map scientific evidence about what has been produced about negotiation, used by the elderly, for access to public health policies. The proposal will follow the methodological framework of the Joanna Briggs Institute, registered in the Open Science Framework, searches will be carried out in nine indexed sources. Inclusion criteria: original studies referring to elderly people aged 60 years and over who talk about the use of negotiation in accessing public health policies. Studies published in full in national and international journals, with a qualitative and/or quantitative approach, in Portuguese, English and Spanish will be included. There will be no temporal or geographic restriction of the selected publications. Exclusion criteria: texts not available online, editorials, review articles, duplicate articles and those that do not answer the research question defined by the authors. |

Este protocolo de revisión tiene como objetivo mapear la evidencia científica sobre lo que se ha producido sobre la negociación, utilizada por las personas mayores, para el acceso a las políticas públicas de salud. La propuesta seguirá el marco metodológico del Instituto Joanna Briggs, registrado en el Open Science Framework, las búsquedas se realizarán en nueve fuentes indexadas. Criterios de inclusión: estudios originales referidos a personas mayores de 60 años y más que hablan del uso de la negociación para acceder a las políticas públicas de salud. Se incluirán estudios publicados íntegramente en revistas nacionales e internacionales, con enfoque cualitativo y / o cuantitativo, en portugués, inglés y español. No habrá restricción temporal o geográfica de las publicaciones seleccionadas. Criterios de exclusión: textos no disponibles online, editoriales, artículos de revisión, artículos duplicados y aquellos que no responden a la pregunta de investigación definida por los autores.A negociação é um meio extrajudicial de resolução de conflitos que oferece redução de gastos, celeridade e eficiência no cumprimento das garantias constitucionais como o acesso às políticas públicas. Este protocolo de revisão tem por objetivo mapear evidências científicas acerca do que se tem produzido sobre negociação, usada por idosos, para acesso às políticas públicas de saúde. A proposta seguirá o referencial metodológico do Joanna Briggs Institute, registrado no Open Science Framework, serão realizadas buscas em nove fontes indexadas. Critérios de inclusão: estudos originais referentes às pessoas idosas com idade de 60 anos e mais, que falem sobre o uso da negociação no acesso às políticas públicas de saúde. Serão incluídos estudos publicados na íntegra em periódicos nacionais e internacionais, com abordagem qualitativa e/ou quantitativa, nos idiomas Português, Inglês e Espanhol. Não haverá restrição temporal ou geográfica das publicações selecionadas.
