Rural education: humanity in school management

Resumo: This article aims to reflect on the education of the Field and humanity in school management addressing issues related to curriculum, human relations and democratic management, seeking the necessary elements to be considered in the school management process, aiming to achieve the democratization and humanization of those involved in the school of the Field. The study is qualitative and the type of research is bibliographical. The collection of data was made in November 2018 in books, articles, monographs, in the repositories of theses and dissertations of the universities referring to the subject studied. It is concluded that School management has an important role for the development of actions aimed at the teaching and learning process, making all involved can be integrated into coherent purposes and according to the context of the community to which they belong , rescuing values, beliefs and the local culture.

El estudio realizado es de cuño cualitativo y el tipo de investigación es bibliográfica. La recolección de datos fue hecha en el período de noviembre de 2018 en libros, artículos, monografías, en los repositorios de tesis y disertaciones de las universidades referentes a la temática estudiada. Se concluye que la Gestión de la escuela tiene un papel importante para el desarrollo de acciones dirigidas al proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje, haciendo que todos los involucrados puedan estar integrados en propósitos coherentes y de acuerdo con el contexto de la comunidad a la que se insertan , rescatando valores, creencias y la cultura local.O presente artigo objetiva refletir sobre a educação do Campo e a humanidade na gestão escolar abordando questões referentes ao currículo, relações humanas e a gestão democrática, buscando elementos necessários a serem considerados no processo de gestão escolar, visando à concretização da democratização e humanização dos envolvidos na escola do Campo. O estudo realizado é de cunho qualitativo e o tipo de pesquisa é bibliográfica. A coleta de dados foi feita no período de novembro de 2018 em livros, artigos, monografias, nos repositórios de teses e dissertações das universidades referentes a temática estudada.
