Resumo: | The article highlights the reflections on the experience lived during the professional performance in the Initial Years of the Salesian Network of Cuiabá, from 2005 to 2017. The research aimed to socialize the process of continuing education of teachers of the Salesian Network of Schools, considering the contributions to the teaching and learning process in Mathematics. Descriptive bibliographic research focuses on a qualitative methodological approach, based on systematic and empirical investigation through experience reports. The analyzed data make it possible to infer about the conception of the process of continuous formation of the Salesian network destined to the teachers of the Initial Years; analyze the curricular proposal and the contributions to the teaching and learning process of Mathematics; identify the teaching knowledge acquired by the teachers. In the analyses, it was possible to identify the pedagogical practice, the contents worked and methodological procedures adopted by the Salesiana network for the teaching of mathematics in the Initial Years. |

La investigación tuvo como objetivo socializar el proceso de formación permanente de los docentes de la Red Salesiana de Escuelas, considerando la aportes al proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje de las Matemáticas. La investigación bibliográfica descriptiva se centra en un enfoque metodológico cualitativo, basado en la investigación sistemática y empírica a través de relatos de experiencia. Los datos analizados permiten inferir sobre la concepción del proceso de formación continua de la red salesiana destinada a los docentes de los Años Iniciales; analizar la propuesta curricular y los aportes al proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje de las Matemáticas; Identificar los saberes didácticos adquiridos por los docentes. En los análisis fue posible identificar la práctica pedagógica, los contenidos trabajados y los procedimientos metodológicos adoptados por la red Salesiana para la enseñanza de las matemáticas en los Años Iniciales.O artigo destaca as reflexões sobre a experiência vivenciada durante a atuação profissional nos Anos Iniciais da Rede Salesiana de Cuiabá, no período de 2005 a 2017. A pesquisa teve como objetivo socializar o processo de formação continuada de professores da Rede Salesiana de Escolas, considerando as contribuições para o processo de ensino e aprendizagem na disciplina de Matemática. A pesquisa bibliográfica descritiva, centra-se na abordagem metodológica qualitativa, fundamentada na investigação sistemática e empírica por meio do relato de experiência. Os dados analisados possibilitam inferir sobre a concepção do processo de formação continuada da rede salesiana destinada aos professores dos Anos Iniciais; analisar a proposta curricular e as contribuições para o processo de ensino e aprendizagem da disciplina de Matemática; identificar os saberes docentes adquiridos pelos professores.
