Resumo: The objective of the study is to analyze the motivational factors applied to the tourist sector of Carnaubal - Ceará. Methodological procedures: Qualitative study, carried out through the application of semi-structured interviews with employees and employers. Results: It was noticed that, in the view of employers, the motivational factors for the employee generate noticeable impacts for the company, ensuring that the motivated employee influences the development of the organization. Based on the answers given by the employees, it was noticed that they have an average knowledge and understanding of the importance of employee motivation in the work environment. Conclusion: Employees of both companies have a limited view when it comes to organizational motivation, but there is still confusion in correlating their level of motivation with their activities.

Procedimientos metodológicos: Estudio cualitativo, realizado mediante la aplicación de entrevistas semiestructuradas a empleados y empleadores. Resultados: Se percibió que, en la visión de los empleadores, los factores de motivación para el empleado generan impactos notorios para la empresa, asegurando que el empleado motivado influye en el desarrollo de la organización. Con base en las respuestas dadas por los empleados, se notó que tienen un conocimiento y comprensión promedio de la importancia de la motivación de los empleados en el ambiente de trabajo. Conclusión: Los empleados de ambas empresas tienen una visión limitada en cuanto a la motivación organizacional, pero aún existe confusión al correlacionar su nivel de motivación con sus actividades.O objetivo do estudo é analisar os fatores motivacionais aplicados ao setor turístico de Carnaubal – Ceará. Procedimentos metodológicos: Estudo qualitativo, realizado por meio de aplicação de entrevistas semiestruturadas para com os empregados e empregadores. Resultados: Percebeu-se que na visão dos empregadores os fatores motivacionais para o funcionário geram impactos perceptíveis para a empresa, assegurando que o funcionário motivado influencia no desenvolvimento da organização. Com base nas respostas dadas pelos empregados, percebeu-se que eles têm um conhecimento e entendimento médio sobre a importância da motivação do funcionário no ambiente de trabalho.
