Meanings and potentializing actions for teaching-service integration from the perspective of multiprofessional residents in health

Resumo: | Objective: to establish the meaning of teaching-service integration and identify the potentializing actions for or development of the teaching-service integration from the perspective of residents linked to a multiprofessional Residency Program in Health. Method: appreciative research, carried out with seven residents linked to a multiprofessional Residency Program in Health in southern Brazil. A data production was carried out with interviews and discussion groups, by means of the DSPD Cycle, corresponding to the stages: Discovery, Dream, Design and Destiny, in the period from 2018 to 2019, after approval in the ethics committee. The results are submerged in a content analysis. Results: the teaching-service integration involves meanings such as affection and desire to be as an other and to be present and can be potentiated by means of non-program institutes, offered in powerful spaces, such as: tutorials, tutorials, theoretical classrooms, expanded tutorials, show of practices, health education actions, permanent health education and assemblies between residents. Conclusion: the residents will observe that there are powerful and strategic practices in the residency programs in health that can facilitate and mediate relations and dialogue in the qualification of assisting users according to the principles of the Unified Health System. |

Método: investigación apreciativa, desarrollada con siete residentes vinculados a un Programa de Residencia Multiprofesional en Salud en el sur de Brasil. La producción de datos se realizó con entrevistas y grupos de discusión, a través del Ciclo DSPD, que corresponde a las etapas: Descubrimiento, Sueño, Planificación y Destino, de 2018 a 2019, luego de la aprobación del comité de ética. Los datos fueron sometidos a análisis de contenido. Resultados: la integración del servicio de enseñanza implica significados como el afecto y el deseo de estar con el otro y ser una presencia y se puede mejorar a través de acciones instituidas en el programa, que se ofrecen en espacios poderosos, tales como: preceptores, tutoriales, clases teóricas, tutoriales extendidos, muestra de prácticas, acciones de educación sanitaria, educación sanitaria permanente y asambleas entre residentes. Conclusión: los residentes observaron que existen prácticas poderosas y estratégicas en los programas de residencia de salud que pueden facilitar y mediar las relaciones y el diálogo a favor de la asistencia calificada a los usuarios de acuerdo con los principios del Sistema Único de Salud.Objetivo: conhecer o significado de integração ensino-serviço e identificar as ações potencializadoras para o desenvolvimento da integração ensino-serviço na perspectiva de residentes vinculados a um Programa de Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde. Método: pesquisa apreciativa, desenvolvida com sete residentes vinculados a um Programa de Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde no sul do Brasil. A produção de dados foi realizada com entrevistas e grupos de discussão, por meio do Ciclo DSPD, que corresponde às etapas: Descoberta, Sonho, Planejamento e Destino, no período de 2018 a de 2019, após aprovação em comitê de ética. Os dados foram submetidos à análise de conteúdo. Resultados: a integração ensino-serviço envolve significados como afeto e desejo de estar com o outro e ser presença e pode ser potencializada por meio de ações instituídas no programa, ofertadas em espaços potentes, como: preceptorias, tutorias, aulas teóricas, tutorias ampliadas, amostra de práticas, ações de educação em saúde, educação permanente em saúde e assembleias entre residentes.
