Rural education: discussions on teacher training and teaching methodologies in multi-grade classes

Resumo: The article aims to reflect on rural education from the perspective of rural teacher training and the teaching methodologies developed in the early grades of elementary school in multiseries classes. This study emerged from the master's research project in teaching at the University of Vale do Taquari - Univates in the year 2020. The referred study had a bibliographic approach, having as theoretical reference authors of the field of study as: Hage; Parente; Arroyo, Caldart and Molina; Delboni and other authors that make us think about the highlighted issue. We also use some legal devices as a documentary source to highlight: LDB; documents (CNEC) and Decree No. 7,352, of November 4, 2010. This article highlights the need for specific training for teachers working in multi-grade classes in order to think about planning based on the possibilities of methodologies developed by teachers who process in multiseries classes in the initial grades of elementary education in rural education, in addition to the recognition of rural education as a modality that should be given due attention by education managers.

Este estudio surgió del proyecto de investigación de la maestría en enseñanza, de la Universidad del Valle del Taquari - Univates en el año de 2020. El referido estudio tuvo un enfoque bibliográfico, teniendo como referencial teórico autores del campo de estudio como: Hage; Parente; Arroyo, Caldart e Molina; Delboni y otros autores que nos hacen pensar sobre la cuestión destacada. También usamos algunos dispositivos legales como fuente documental destacando la: LDB[1]; los documentos (CNEC)[2] y el Decreto nº 7.352, de 4 de noviembre de 2010. Este artículo destaca discusiones sobre la necesidad de una formación específica para los profesores que trabajan multigrado para pensar en una planificación basada en las posibilidades de las metodologías desarrolladas por los profesores que trabajan multigrado en los primeros grados de la enseñanza primaria de la educación del campo, además del reconocimiento de la educación del campo como una modalidad en que los gestores educativos deberían tener la debida atención.   [1] Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional nº 9394/96. [2] Conferência Nacional Por Uma Educação do Campo. A primeira aconteceu na cidade de Luziânia, GO, de 27 a 31 de julho de 1998, promovida pelo MST, UNICEF, UNESCO, CNBB e UnB. A segunda conferência foi realizada na mesma cidade de Goiás, no período de 02 a 06 de agosto de 2004. O artigo tem como objetivo refletir acerca da educação do campo na perspectiva da formação do professor do campo e as metodologias de ensino desenvolvidas nas séries iniciais do Ensino Fundamental em turmas multisseriadas. Este estudo emergiu do projeto de pesquisa de mestrado em ensino, da Universidade do Vale do Taquari – Univates no ano de 2020. O referido estudo teve uma abordagem de cunho bibliográfico, tendo como referencial teórico autores do campo de estudo como: Hage; Parente; Arroyo, Caldart e Molina; Delboni e outros autores que nos fazem pensar sobre a questão em destaque. Usamos ainda alguns dispositivos legais como fonte documental a destacar: LDB[1]; os documentos (CNEC)[2] e o Decreto nº 7.352, de 4 de novembro de 2010. O presente artigo evidencia discussões sobre a necessidade de formação específica para professores atuantes em turmas multisseriadas de modo a pensar um planejamento pautado nas possibilidades de metodologias desenvolvidas pelos professores que trabalham em turmas multisseriadas nas séries iniciais do Ensino Fundamental da educação do campo, além do reconhecimento da educação do campo como uma modalidade que deve ter a devida atenção por parte dos gerenciadores da educação.   [1] Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional nº 9394/96.
