Characterization of rich husk ash mineral addition to concrete

Resumo: The incorporation of residues in cement-based mixtures can bring technical advantages related to the use of organic matter available in nature. The objective of this research is to replace percentages of cement by weight per rice husk ash (CCA), since the relevance of this research is based on the sustainability generated using ash. The methodological process consisted in characterizing the CCA through an experimental program. The results presented were performed using XRD test, laser grading, B.E.T. method and fire loss, in which the presence of silica in a crystalline state with low amorphization is shown (a little amorphic structure), exhibiting that the rice husk ash analyzed has moderate pozzolanic properties. In addition, the CCA has a higher specific surface area and greater particle size when compared to cement, thus emphasizing the need for an appropriate milling process and superplasticizer additives for it uses as a substitution of percentages of bulk cement in traces of conventional concrete.

El objetivo de esta investigación consiste en sustituir porcentajes de cemento en peso por gris de cáscara de arroz (CCA), ya que la relevancia de esta investigación se basa en la sostenibilidad generada en la utilización de la ceniza. El proceso metodológico consistió en la caracterización de la CCA a través de un programa experimental. Los resultados presentados fueron realizados a través de ensayo DRX, granulometría láser, método B.E.T. y la pérdida al fuego, en los que muestran la presencia de sílice en estado cristalino con baja amorfización (estructura poco amórfica), exponiendo que la ceniza de cáscara de arroz analizada presenta propiedades pozolánicas de forma moderada. Además, la CCA posee una mayor superficie específica y mayor granulometría cuando se compara con el cemento, resaltando así la necesidad de un proceso adecuado de molienda y aditivos superplante para su utilización como sustitución de porcentajes de cemento en masa en trazos de hormigón convencional.A incorporação de resíduos em misturas a base de cimento, pode trazer vantagens técnicas relacionadas com aproveitamento de matéria orgânica disponível na natureza. O objetivo desta pesquisa consiste em substituir percentuais de cimento em peso por cinza de casca de arroz (CCA), uma vez que a relevância desta pesquisa se baseia na sustentabilidade gerada na utilização da cinza. O processo metodológico consistiu na caracterização da CCA através de um programa experimental. Os resultados apresentados foram realizados através de ensaio DRX, granulometria a laser, método B.E.T. e perda ao fogo, nos quais mostram a presença de sílica em estado cristalino com baixa amorfização (estrutura pouco amórfica), expondo que a cinza de casca de arroz analisada apresenta propriedades pozolânicas de forma moderada.
