Multiseriated EJA in rural Parnaíba (PI): a look at their conceptions, characteristics, problems and perspectives

Resumo: | This article is the result of a qualitative research that aimed to identify and analyze the conceptions and socio-political and educational factors that characterize the multiserial school of EJA (Education of Youth and Adults) in the rural area of the municipality of Parnaíba (PI). The referred research was conducted in 2020, whose problem was methodologically addressed through documentary analysis, bibliographic research, content analysis, according to the perspective of Bardin (2011). As a conclusion we highlight that the multigrade rural school of EJA is a complex organization, highly challenging, with teaching structured in cycles, housing a plural public in terms of age, sex, gender, trajectories, dreams and expectations, levels of knowledge, inserted in a territory marked by social exclusion from public policies, without an adequate socioeconomic and pedagogical infrastructure, with committed educators, developing their activities without the appropriate conditions; The school cries out for support from the public authorities responsible for education in the municipality, for a review of its curricular structure, as well as for planning and evaluation tools, from conceptions to pedagogical practices. |

La investigación mencionada se realizó en 2020, cuyo problema fue abordado metodológicamente a través del análisis documental, la investigación bibliográfica, el análisis de contenido, según la perspectiva de Bardin (2011). Como conclusión destacamos que la escuela rural multiseriada de EJA es una organización compleja, altamente desafiante, con enseñanza estructurada en ciclos, que alberga un público plural en cuanto a edad, sexo, género, trayectorias, sueños y expectativas, niveles de conocimiento, inserto en un territorio marcado por la exclusión social de las políticas públicas, sin una infraestructura socioeconómica y pedagógica adecuada, con educadores y educadores comprometidos, desarrollando sus actividades sin las condiciones adecuadas; la escuela requiere el apoyo de los organismos públicos responsables de la educación en el municipio, para una revisión de su estructura curricular, así como para los instrumentos de planificación y evaluación, desde las concepciones hasta las prácticas pedagógicas.O presente artigo é resultado de uma pesquisa de cunho qualitativo que objetivou identificar e analisar as concepções e os fatores sociopolíticoeducacionais que caracterizam a escola multisseriada de EJA (Educação de Jovens e Adultos) da área rural do município de Parnaíba (PI). A pesquisa referida foi realizada em 2020, cujo problema foi abordado metodologicamente por intermédio de análise documental, pesquisa bibliográfica, análise de conteúdo, segundo a perspectiva de Bardin (2011).
