Contribution in education to the training of new teachers in times of pandemic: an experience report

Resumo: | The supervised teaching internship consists of an experience lived by a beginning student accompanied by a qualified and experienced teacher in the area, being then considered an essential practice for the formation of new professional educators, to which the intern shows his knowledge, autonomy and creativity. Thus, this work aimed to develop an experience report of a master's student with a bond in a Graduate Program in Biotechnology. The internship was developed in the Medicine course at the Federal University of Delta do Parnaíba. It was intended for the preparation of theoretical classes as well as the development of exercises, both within the field of human physiology and the activities developed were in the disciplines of Basics of Biological Processes I and II. In addition, all activities developed were supervised by the teacher responsible for the curriculum components. It is noteworthy that the period of the supervised teaching internship was during the first semester of 2021, when classes are in a remote form due to the current pandemic affected by the new coronavirus. To this end, some digital platforms for synchronous and asynchronous meetings were taken advantage of, respectively, Google Classroom and Google Meet. As a result, the supervised teaching internship was satisfactory and contributed to this teaching-learning experience, as it was allowed to establish a professional correlation as a teacher so that it can be applied in the future in the career that the candidate intends to follow in higher education. In addition, it was possible to understand how higher education professionals should behave in different situations, and always seek alternatives. |

In addition, it was possible to understand how higher education professionals should behave in different situations, and always seek alternatives.La pasantía docente supervisada consiste en una experiencia vivida por un alumno principiante acompañado de un docente calificado y con experiencia en el área, siendo entonces considerada una práctica imprescindible para la formación de nuevos educadores profesionales, a lo que el pasante muestra sus conocimientos, autonomía y creatividad. Así, este trabajo tuvo como objetivo desarrollar un relato de experiencia de un estudiante de maestría con vínculo en un Programa de Posgrado en Biotecnología. La pasantía se desarrolló en el curso de Medicina de la Universidad Federal del Delta do Parnaíba. Estuvo destinado a la elaboración de clases teóricas así como al desarrollo de ejercicios, tanto dentro del campo de la fisiología humana como las actividades desarrolladas fueron en las disciplinas de Fundamentos de Procesos Biológicos I y II. Además, todas las actividades desarrolladas fueron supervisadas por el docente responsable de los componentes curriculares. Cabe destacar que el período de la pasantía docente supervisada fue durante el primer semestre de 2021, cuando las clases se encuentran en forma remota debido a la actual pandemia afectada por el nuevo coronavirus. Para ello, se utilizaron algunas plataformas digitales para reuniones síncronas y asincrónicas, respectivamente, Google Classroom y Google Meet. Como resultado, la pasantía docente supervisada fue satisfactoria y contribuyó a esta experiencia de enseñanza-aprendizaje, ya que se permitió establecer una correlación profesional como docente para que pueda ser aplicada en el futuro en la carrera que el candidato pretenda seguir en educación más alta. Además, fue posible comprender cómo deben comportarse los profesionales de la educación superior en diferentes situaciones, y buscar siempre alternativas.O estágio supervisionado em docência consiste em uma experiencia vivenciada por um aluno iniciante com acompanhamento de um docente qualificado e experiente na área, sendo então considerado uma prática essencial para formação de novos profissionais educadores, ao qual, o estagiário mostra seu conhecimento, autonomia e criatividade. Dessa forma, este trabalho teve como objetivo desenvolver um relato de experiência de um mestrando com vinculo em um Programa de Pós-Graduação em Biotecnologia. O estágio foi desenvolvido no curso de Medicina, da Universidade Federal do Delta do Parnaíba. Foi destinado a elaboração de aulas teóricas bem como o desenvolvimento de exercícios, ambos dentro do campo da fisiologia humana e as atividades desenvolvidas foram nas disciplinas de Bases dos Processos Biológicos I e II. Além disso, todas as atividades desenvolvidas foram supervisionadas pela professora responsável pelos componentes curriculares. Vale salientar, que o período do estágio supervisionado em docência foi durante o primeiro semestre de 2021, ao qual as aulas estão sob forma remota por conta da atual pandemia acometida pelo novo coronavírus. Para tal, foram desfrutados das algumas plataformas digitais para encontros síncronos e assíncronos, respectivamente, Google Classroom e Google Meet. Como resultado, o estágio supervisionado em docência foi satisfatório e contribuiu com essa experiência ensino-aprendizagem, pois, foi permitido estabelecer uma correlação profissional como docente para que seja aplicado futuramente na carreira que se pretende seguir no ensino superior pelo candidato.
