A theoretical reflection on trust in interpersonal relations in organizational environments

Resumo: Appreciating trust from the point of view of mutual influence between the parties that sometimes face conflicts of interest, understanding how this feeling is configured in relationships, understanding the reciprocity and the impact of this on the organizational environment, is the point of reflection of this article. The purpose was to develop a theoretical reflection on the effects of trust and its elements in business environments, marked by cultures and relationships that present many particularities. From already consolidated references, arguments, concepts and theories that brought analytical substances were rescued. The theoretical discussion culminated in the disseminated approaches and concepts of trust, with the presentation of studies that approached trust from various perspectives. Some constituent elements of trust have been discriminated against, which, isolated or combined with each other, have an effect on the decision of one person to trust or not to trust another.

El propósito fue desarrollar una reflexión teórica sobre los efectos de la confianza y sus elementos en entornos empresariales, marcados por culturas y relaciones que presentan muchas particularidades. De referencias ya consolidadas se rescataron argumentos, conceptos y teorías que traían sustancias analíticas. La discusión teórica culminó en los enfoques y conceptos de confianza difundidos, con la presentación de estudios que abordaron la confianza desde diversas perspectivas. Se han descompuesto algunos elementos constitutivos de la confianza que, aislados o combinados entre sí, tienen algún efecto en la decisión de una persona de confiar o no en otra.Apreciar a confiança sob o ponto de vista da influência mútua entre as partes que, por vezes, se deparam com conflitos de interesses, entender como se configura este sentimento nas relações, compreender a reciprocidade e o impacto disto no ambiente organizacional, é o ponto de reflexão deste artigo. O propósito foi desenvolver uma reflexão teórica a respeito dos efeitos da confiança e seus elementos nos ambientes empresariais, marcados por culturas e relações que apresentam muitas particularidades. A partir de referências já consolidadas, foram resgatados argumentos, conceitos e teorias que trouxeram substâncias analíticas. A discussão teórica culminou nas abordagens e nos conceitos disseminados da confiança, com a apresentação de estudos que abordaram a confiança sob várias óticas.
