Resumo: | Objective: To identify in the scientific literature the impact/contribution of educational technology in comic book format as a strategy used for health education. Method: Integrative review carried out through a search in databases (Lilacs, Medline, Bdenf, Pumed and Scielo). Held from February to November 2021. Inclusion and exclusion criteria and descriptors were established to control and obtain articles in the databases. Results: The selected sample of the research had fifteen publications. From the evaluation of the results of the selected articles, it is possible to verify the difference that the use of educational technology in comic book format represents for health promotion. Conclusion: The collected articles point out that the use of comics as a health education tool can be considered a facilitator in the communication and transmission of subjects relevant to the various areas of focus of the articles. |

Método: Revisión integrativa realizada mediante búsqueda en bases de datos (Lilacs, Medline, Bdenf, Pumed y Scielo). Realizado de febrero a noviembre de 2021. Se establecieron criterios de inclusión, exclusión y descriptores para el control y obtención de artículos en las bases de datos. Resultados: La muestra de investigación seleccionada contó con quince publicaciones. A partir de la evaluación de los resultados de los artículos seleccionados, es posible verificar la diferencia que representa para la promoción de la salud el uso de la tecnología educativa en formato de cómic. Conclusión: Los artículos recopilados apuntan que el uso de la historieta como herramienta de educación en salud puede ser considerada un facilitador en la comunicación y transmisión de temas relevantes para las diversas áreas de enfoque de los artículos.Objetivo: Identificar na literatura científica o impacto/contribuição da tecnologia educacional em formato de histórias em quadrinhos como estratégia utilizada para educação em saúde. Método: Revisão integrativa feita por meio de pesquisa em bases de dados (Lilacs, Medline, Bdenf, Pumed e Scielo). Realizada no período de fevereiro a novembro de 2021. Foram estabelecidos critérios de inclusão e exclusão e descritores para controle e obtenção dos artigos nas bases de dados. Resultados: A amostra selecionada da pesquisa contou com quinze publicações. A partir da avaliação dos resultados dos artigos selecionados, é possível constatar a respeito do diferencial que o uso da tecnologia educacional em formato de histórias em quadrinhos representa para a promoção da saúde.
